   After waiting three months for a reservation, we were disappointed to experience a 20-minute delay before being seated. Our reservation was at 5:45 PM, but we weren’t actually seated until around 6:10 PM. Unfortunately, there is no designated waiting area, so guests are left standing in a hallway. Additionally, there is no bar or lounge to enjoy a cocktail while waiting. Instead, guests can walk up to a kiosk for a glass of wine, which detracts from the overall experience. The Branzino was well-prepared and enjoyable. My wife originally ordered the chicken, which is typically a standout dish, but about 15 minutes after placing our order, our server informed us they were out of it—this was still early on a Friday evening. She ultimately opted for a hamburger instead. One major missed opportunity is the lack of a proper bar or lounge area where guests could relax and take in the surroundings. Despite the restaurant’s prime location on the top floor, designed to showcase ocean views, the seating area features a hedge that obstructs the view when sitting down, which is surprisingly disappointing given the significant investment that clearly went into the space. Overall, while the meal was fine, the experience fell short of expectations—especially considering this is one of the area’s most expensive dining destinations. When guests wait months for a reservation, being unable to enjoy a cocktail or view while waiting for a delayed table is underwhelming.

   Very nice restaurant however service is horrible, wait over 40 mins for even a cold salad and fries. So many servers but yeh don’t have to serve at All. We don’t have salad until main course already up . No coffee when our cake already came out 10 mins. Nice place but not worth to go second time

   Restaurant was gorgeous and bustling with people enjoying their meal and drinks and food passing us by. We were seated immediately and ordered drinks promptly. Service was slow and server barely engaged with us lacked a personality for being in the service business. Food and drinks were delicious and even got a warm chocolate cookie with a candle as we were celebrating my birthday. Would recommend and will go again just will be prepared for atleast a 2 1/2 hour meal

   I’ve been here 4 times now. And each time the service gets worst and worst. It’s like they don’t even want to serve me. I look around and I’m in a dress with a birkin. And yet the patrons in jumpsuits and sweats get better service. Not sure why? I’m super nice and even get the name of my waiters. But yet I have to pour my own wine from some stand that’s 3 foot away. Every single time.

   Food is overpriced and underwhelming in flavor. A Bar with bar bites would be a good addition

   Paul out server made our experience! He recommended several menu items that we would have never tried and they were all excellent! Will definitely be coming back and asking to sit with Paul!

    Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The space itself was absolutely stunning and felt very luxurious and inviting. Obviously, the price point of the food is not cheap, but the food was actually amazing and I loved everything that we ordered. I had a table of four and we ordered a lot of items from the menu such as the fried artichoke appetizer, mini lobster rolls, sweet potato broccolini, gem salad, truffle fries, Wagyu ribeye lamb chops, and branzino. We also ordered three desserts: the chocolate chip cookies, banana split dish and the butterscotch Brulé. Everything was delicious and 100% go back for the food and the ambience. With that said, I can’t rave about the service. As this is an upscale expensive restaurant I would expect that the service to be impeccable. However, that was not the case. Our waitress spoke very softly in a loud restaurant, so it was very hard to hear her, and she rarely came to check on how we were doing if we needed more drinks, etc. When we were finished with our main courses, we probably sat around for 20 to 30 minutes with the waitress not checking in on us and we couldn’t even find her to flag her down so that we could order dessert. We ended up having to flag another waitress, who was happy to help us. Also, our table was dirty from all the dishes before the dessert and instead of the waitress coming over to clean the table I had to ask her to wipe it down. Last note that I thought was a bit strange was when she took our appetizer plates. She made us keep our silverware instead of providing us new clean silverware before our main meal. Besides the service, I had an amazing time and I will definitely be back, hopefully with a better waitress next time.
