   We've eaten here several times it's always been really good. This time it was okay. The steaks were a little bit tough, which hasn't happened in the past. It's always quite noisy. They need to figure out a way to make a buffer for that.Put some cork behind their photos or something.

   The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Our waiter was so nice and attentive. Excellent experience.

   We love it here! Food and service are always great. Tried the Oreo Bread Pudding finally, and it was amazing. Can’t beat the steak and risotto. I will always recommend Remingtons.

   Luigi was fantastic! Absolutely loved our cocktails (Buckle Bunny), starters (scallops), entrees (steak and lobster/shrimp mac and cheese) and dessert (Pecan Bourbon Cheesecake & Peanut butter Chocolate torte). I wish I had more space to try one of the dessert cocktails too. Next time! We will be back for sure!

   Potential for great. Our service was very good. The food quality was very good. It was our anniversary so we were celebrating. I was a little surprised by a group next to us that were really loud. This isn’t really supposed to be a party atmosphere. I had read another review complaining about how loud it was there and I blew that off as a one off. So here is where it went south for us. Our filets were brought to the general area by a runner. They sat there for really a short time not long. When the server put the plates on the table, the plates were very hot as advertised. Unfortunately my 11oz filet ordered medium rare was overcooked to medium. On top of that it was lukewarm in temperature. I really didn’t want to send food back on what was otherwise a nice experience. I was really a bit surprised at these prices that it would happen. I was hoping for a Mark’s like experience in our local area. I’m not sure if we’ll go back. My expectation for what is called a prime steakhouse should not be bringing steaks to the table like that. Unfortunately I feel compelled to have to go Tampa, Orlando, or even Daytona Beach to get quality and consistency.

   This chef really understands the importance of flavor. His team cooks like it’s for his family. Tonight’s meal was one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. This is my Kansas City strip cooked perfectly to a Pittsburg sear

    After a 45+ year career in the hospitality and food service distribution business enjoying the good fortune to dine in 30+ of top steakhouses throughout the US, I feel qualified to offer my perspective on our recent visit to Remington’s Prime. My wife and I had an EXCELLENT (I rarely use that term) experience from start to finish. We were seated promptly upon our arrival and greeted immediately. Our server was very attentive and offered suggestions when prompted all while allowing us to enjoy our meals. The star of the show was the exquisitely prepared food which was not only visually appealing but tasted amazing. This is a testament to Executive Chef Randal White and his unwavering passion for satisfying his guests with unsurpassed quality and care in providing an unforgettable dining experience. We are grateful to have such a wonderful venue in Ocala. If you haven’t tried it yet and want an exceptional experience with outstanding food, put Remington’s Prime on your “must do” list, you will not be disappointed.
