Set in one of London’s most stylish hotels, The Soho Hotel, REFUEL Restaurant is in the heart of the West End just moments away from the city’s popular theatres and nightlife. Designed by owner Kit Kemp, REFUELS’s interior is a vibrant mix of colour and contemporary art, including a mural painted by London-born artist Alexander Hollweg, which runs along the entire length of the oak and pewter bar. REFUEL is best known for its British menu with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce. Expect to find dishes such as confit pork belly, miso glaze with Swiss chard and poached cod, clam and parsley sauce. Also boasts one of Soho's best dessert menus with treats like English strawberries, vanilla and mascarpone tart; raspberry and white chocolate crème brûlée and Amaretto and lemon curd. A favourite with the media and creative industries, the bar is always buzzing and offers a wide choice of cocktails and spirits.

Fantastic venue great staff, meeting up with friends some of whom arrived late but the restaurant staff did everything to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful evening, I cannot recommended this place more highly!

Restaurant and hotel always gives you a warm feeling . Team very attentive. Food perfect . It was a bit quieter than I have seen it before but that worked for us . Was seated near kitchen . Not the best location but it didn’t effect our enjoyment . We arrived half an hour early but they were happy to seat us . There were 6 of us . Worth 5 stars

The hotel and restaurant has a lovely ambiance. Funky and bright and a nice place to be. The roast dinner was nice . It was lacking as only a few vegetables were provided ( one very small narrow carrot and parsnip and a few kale leaves). The courgette starter was lovely as was the bread. The service was attentive and friendly.

One of the best food experiences ever. Everything was just perfect from the ambience to the food and the service. Would highly recommend and will be back soon.

Great experience from start to finish. A warm greeting, fabulous service and great food. The bisque and also the asparagus to start were great, but the cote de boeuf was oustanding. Attentive, friendly service - not overpowering at all. Recommended!
