   The wait was not too bad, the server was in a rush with everything, the food was was phenomenal and hot!

   I had a reservation for 6:30. My girlfriend and I waited until 7:30, an entire hour, to be seated. During that time 2-3 walk ins were seated and 1-2 groups with reservations we seated before us, all of which had reservations later than ours. At 7:00 I asked how much longer was the wait going to be and when I asked she wrote my name on the end of her list, 30 minutes after our reservation. I understand it was busy, especially that night but we were very clearly forgotten about and looked over multiple times. At 7:30 we decided to leave because it was only getting more packed. I used to love Red Lobster but now I just can’t recommend it to anyone knowing the kind of service they provide. 0/10 don’t waste your time with this place.

   Food was good, but not enough staff apparently. Refills were hard to get on tea.

   Craving Walt’s Shrimp. Excellent!!! Ice cold salad w ranch and an excellent loaded potato . Confusing menu and no patrons. I miss the old Red Lobster commercials and a crowded restaurant. However, the food and service were excellent. If it’s been awhile since your last visit, give it a try. I think you’ll have a nice meal.

   Food was good - as expected. Service was acceptable, friendly. Biggest issue was issue with wine. Not many choices, but worst thing was they were out of most on the last. Accept the fact that this is not a wine kind of place, but come on - if you list it, have at least half of it!

   2 items on the endless shrimp menu were not available, which was disappointing. The waitress was good, she anticipated our need for more shrimp and asked if we would another order of shrimp every time she came to the table. Shrimp was adequately seasoned and hot. The person greeting the customers needs to be professionally dressed instead of street clothes.

    Food was delicious but the service was exceptionally slow. Our Server Emma had a fantastic attitude and she was apologetic for the slow service. She was the only server for all of the tables in our section of the restaurant. The restaurant needs to work on hiring and properly training and equipping their staff to multi task and handle their tables properly. We were grateful that Emma showed up and did her best.
