    We sat at the bar. Hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Everything was great!!!

    Even though I did open table the wait was more than a half hour. Once we did get seated, the hostess didn’t tell a server. Waited another 15 min for menus. The server did excellent for having been her 4th day. I feel she should be shadowing a more seasoned server. Many things were overlooked like drinks and silverware. The room was nearly empty for a Friday night. However the wait was still overwhelming. We left the server a excellent tip as none was her fault. Do better or you will loose and life long customer.

    Evidently the hostess didn’t understand a reservation and priority seating. It took an hour to be seated after the reservation time and there were plenty available tables.

    Despite being on the waiting list, we waited a little more than 30 minutes before being seated.

    We booked the table 5 days before, arrived 20 minutes early and were told we would have to wait 40 more minutes which actually became 65 minutes. Hostess said she didn't know why they were allowing booking on line as the didn't honor them anyway and made 3 comments to other customers of how she was looking for another job to "get out of here." I do understand that they don't take reservation and we were booking ahead onto the wait list, but 7 others groups came and were seated after we got there. Shift supervisor was not any better, and seemed to just brush us off. When we actually talked to a manager (that the hostess told us he was not there that night) he was very helpful and very apologetic for the behavior of the crew. Even gave us his personal business card if we needed him. At the table, the waitress could not have been more polite, helpful and attentive. She was very cheery, outgoing and right there for refills and anything we needed. The manager and the waitress redeemed Red Lobster North Little Rock. We are planning a return in the next two weeks with another couple and expect it the be much better on the front side.

    Best experience I've had eating out in years. Linda, our server, was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely go back there again.

    Awesome as usual. My only problem was Open Table with the birthday party for my husband March 19th. Open Table has still not given me credit for the $180 ticket on that trip.

    Our server had a great personality but is not cut out to be wait staff. I requested butter, sour cream and chives for my baked potato but it looked like it only had a small amount of butter which had melted by the time my food came. There was nothing flavorful about the fish and the water it was simmered in was served on the plate. The asparagus, which we paid extra for was thin, dried out and blackened in parts and the waitress had never heard of hollandaise sauce.
