If/when you go to this Mentor restaurant MAKE A RESERVATION or you will be waiting at least a half an hour or more to be seated. Lobby was full of people when we arrived for our 6:30 pm reservation. We were seated immediately. If you decide you are dead set on ordering a crab entree-bring your own fork-restaurant only provides crab cracker tool. Crab legs sautéed in garlic butter very slippery and messy. Will get steamed crab legs w melted butter on the side next time. We arrived at 6:30 pm and waited almost 30 minutes to have our drink and food order taken. Very short staffed. Server was very courteous. Husband enjoyed the shrimp. alfredo. I had the 1lb crab legs. We left around 8pm. Lobby not so crowded. Bar was full. Lots of families w little kids. Will make later reservation next time we plan our visit.

We enjoyed our meal!! It was delicious and the right portion for us both. The service provided by Herodeious is excellent. I watched him as he served our section. Each table he gave excellent service. He was consistent. I applaud that.

Two of us enjoyed our meals, fish & chips and lobster tail with asparagus. Server Octavio was friendly and attentive.

I was out with family and we indicated to staff that we would like three separate checks. I was with people who did not understand the online payment option which caused a payment issue. We were told we could wait or work it out amongst ourselves in order to get all bills paid. Please keep in mind for next time that if you have people that don’t want to use the tablet that is on the table to pay or they simply feel overwhelmed with using it, that someone takes the time to help your customers out. We are not hard of hearing of incompetent and we didn’t need to be spoken of in the manner that we were. I am very disappointed in this location. I don’t go out much and this ruined my day.

As long as you can get seated and have a good server, this place is great. Our server was very good and so was the food. I felt bad for the people waiting for tables because the restaurant is understaffed.

The food was just not good. Ceasar salad is a pretty standard easy salad for most restaurants. It was not good at all. The food simply did not taste good. Our server was nice and efficient. The bathroom had a leak coming from the ceiling and literally 4 tiles are out of the ceiling and they had a bucket on the floor catching the water. I think that was pretty bad . That is my last visit to red lobster for sure.

Requested a FRESH cup of coffee upon getting seated,ate the salad and rolls and still NO coffee.When I asked two different servers for coffee,it finally came.Requested cream and sugar with it,the milk came in a small glass,no cream.Coffee tasted like it was made two days ago.Waitress was not available when we needed her.It was suppose to be a sort of romantic evening out,was not by far.We had two entrees,both were pasta with a cream sauce,I had coffee and my date had iced tea that was weak,the bill came to $96.00 and I flipped out.She gave us another tables check..
