   Had a 7:30 reservation. Showed up at 7:05. Waited til 7:40 to be seated. Drinks and app came out relatively appropriate. After that; crickets for almost 90 minutes. Waiter was real nonchalant about the wait and reassurance was minimal. Had to get the manager at 9pm, who basically said they lost control of their reservation list and everything is backed up. $202 to sit and watch my kid run through two phones and my husband fall asleep; for food I had to eat at home because it was so upsetting having our valentines dinner ruined. Spent 3 hrs of my life being disappointed and not even a free drink offered. Frequent this location often and this was the worst experience there thus far.

   Our waitress was GREAT, my husbands’s food was not! The Lobster Bisque was like tomato soup with nothing in it. Not even a hint of a lobster shred! When his flounder came it was a 3 bite dried out piece of fish. Our waitress did make it right with a gracious apology!
