   Of course Valentine Day’s is the most important day for any special married couple to share together and we decided to spend it there even made reservations 2 weeks before and still had to wait almost 2 hours to set and an 1 for our food that was not delivered correctly this experience has been nothing but hell for us and never will we visit again

   overall food was good but didn’t honor our reservation it was a long wait time but it was valentines so i guess that’s to be expected

   Whilst we arrived for a late supper, the kitchen took over 30 min to prepare our main course. Everything else was excellent, as usual.

   When we arrive I gave the hostess my information about call ahead seating and she looked at me and said it was on a first come first serve basis. In my mind I’m thinking what was the point of having to call ahead seating on OpenTable, I realize it wasn’t a reservation but do not acknowledge it at all was odd. Our waitress would go missing for 15 minutes at a time. All about food did not arrive at the same time because I am sure that she forgot part of my order and my date‘s order which was a lobster tail. It eventually came out and was coped but it would’ve been nice for him not to have to rush to eat it.

   When we first got there, no one came to our table. Had to wave down another waitress to get service 20 minutes after being seated. Waited almost an hour for food to come out and then had a hair in my fried shrimp.

   Unfortunately the place had no customer service. Staff was a high school with the staff on phone. Menus were dirty & broken. One staff seems he had just slided on first base. No manager on duty. A total disgrace to Red Lobster Franchise. The place should be closed immediately.

   Table top was not well cleaned. Salt and pepper mills were greasy.
