                                                      We are huge fans of Next Level Chef and Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay. We went in with high expectations and those expectations were met! All three of us ordered the three course tasting sampler. The Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had! The Beef Wellington was outstanding (we paid $20 more to get a 6oz portion) and the Demi sauce sooo good! Potato purée and root vegetables were accompaniments. Veggies were a tad undercooked but still good. The toffee sticky pudding was the dessert and was so rich and complex with many flavors! Our servers were cordial and attentive. Well trained and knowledgeable about the food. Next time in Vegas this will definitely be on our list of restaurants to visit again!

Too often, servers are over the top and “in your face” or not there at all. Not in this case, met the requirements but allowed for privacy in conversation. Well done! Food was outstanding.

                                                      Nice ambiance, but unfortunately the cigarette smoke of the casino really ruined it for me. Food was good, but not extraordinary as I had hoped it would be. If I were to go again, I’d order Brussels Sprouts and Sticky Toffee pudding - that’s it.

                                                      El servicio de la mesera María fue amable y excepcional, (de las hostes no eran especialmente amables, quienes por cierto estaban resfriadas, al menos hubieran usado un cubrebocas). La comida fue un poco decepcionante; es una comida rápida servida bellamente; se siente un poco industrializada: o le falta sabor o le sobra sal. El beef wellington estaba en su punto, pero terriblemente salado en la salsa. La sopa de calabaza era más bien un puré mal terminado. Esperaba un poco más por ser un fine dining y por el precio, pero supongo que las expectativa era por el nombre del chef quien lo encabeza.

                                                      Food was lovely. We were there for New Year’s Eve which meant a prix fixe menu which was expensive. I missed tablecloths, flowers on the table, candles…but the most aggravating issue was that the lights turned on very brightly just as dessert was served … we were the last seating and felt as though we were being asked to leave!

                                                      For the New Year Eve and anniversary dinner, I ordered the Chef's Table Experience option and expected we would be greeted accordingly. However, nobody appeared, but a regular waiter. Nobody even mentioned that we deserve any additional service. That costed me $63.19 and spoiled mood on New Year's Eve. Please refund at least the charge for it.
