A fantastic dining experience as always!! Scott was the BEST from his wine recommendation to having the Ramsay experience to the little credit card and checkbook roulette he helped us with at the end. The crab cakes were a surprise favorite and even one of the guests who does not like sushi enjoyed the salmon. We loved his insight into the different ways each kitchen prepares dessert. Incredible as always!!

Staff were very inattentive. Had our starters finished before we got our bottle of wine. Left the wine out of reach but never came back to top up our glasses. Not the dining experience I was expecting.

We ordered two dishes from the signature - seared scallop and the famous beef Wellington. Scallop was over cooked, not sure how the surface burnt scallop could bypass the head chef’s final inspection.. Beef Wellington was perfect, but red wine sauce was too pungent and sour. The worst part was we had to wait 40 minutes for the food..

As always, a great experience. Brought parents to Ramsay's Kitchen for their first visit. They haven't stopped raving about the excellent food and service.

My husband and I dined here last year for a special occasion and rated it 5 stars across the board. However, this year we brought our family of five and we rated it 2 stars overall. This was our 4th night in LV and we had many other superb dining experiences until now. This night was a special holiday Christmas dinner reservation planned over a month ago but the rude hostess made us wait for 35 minutes for our table when there were 9 vacant tables. If we chose not to wait she offered us a noisy seats at the bar, smokey casino side. Our main waiter was the same wonderful man from last year so we were optimistic. While the other two servers barely made eye contact and scattered our entrees. My husband was served a flabby prime beef poorly cooked. Disappointing and overall quality isnt what we remembered. With so many other fine dining options in LV we’ll reserve elsewhere next year most definitely. By the way, when we left the restaurant, there was a long line of patrons not smiling waiting for their reserved vacant tables. Not worth the wait.

They didn’t welcome us in, the front desk hosting seemed stressed and barely made eye contact with us. Once we were seated, we sat there for 20 min waiting for someone to come by and bring water. Soon after, a waiter came up to us saying it wasn’t communicated to him that he was waiting or us, so he apologized for the miscommunication. Then I had to go up to the hostess again because I wasn’t sure now if the waiter knew it was my dad’s birthday. Overall the experience was fine, and I can’t blame the waiter for something the hosting messed up on, but man for the price I was hoping to show my parents that it’s worth it to spend this much on a dinner. Food and drinks were amazing. Flatbread, sticky toffee pudding, Wellington, all amazing. The 3 course value meal for Christmas was astounding!!

Tables are too close. Needs more music and less lighting. Prices are stupid, a beer at $14,50/bottle?? We always take a good bottle of red wine with steak but at these prices we refuse to.
