The “Rainforest” part didn’t happen…Im guessing “under construction”? Or working on mechanical issues? Kind of a bummer….but the food was good. Our server was great! :-)

My husband and I had a terrible experience. When our food arrived, it looked like it had been microwaved or sitting out for a while. We told the manager it didn’t look appetizing, but she just pulled out the menu with a bad attitude and showed us that it was what we ordered. We never said the order was wrong, just that it didn’t look good to eat. When I tried to explain again, she cut me off and said she’d be back with the bill, only charging us for the appetizer. Our waitress took a long time between visits, and the manager also took a long time to bring us our check, doing a birthday celebration in between. Frustrated, my husband and I went to the host bar to pay, as we were ready to leave the poor establishment. With my husband’s card already in the folder to pay, the manager rushed towards us, accusing us of trying to dine and dash and belittling us like children. It was very unprofessional.

Unfortunately the food and service are subpar. This has always been the case with Rainforest Cafes but the grandchildren love it .

Currently undergoing a remodel. Took some kiddos to treat them to the experience but was let down. They did however, activate the “storm” when we asked if they were still doing it. Overall I feel like the kids enjoyed it and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Caydence was our waitress and she was absolutely horrible! We ordered 2 kids meals in addition to my adult entree and the brownie explosion. When the bill came, I noticed that I was charged for 2 kids drinks. I asked Caydence about it and she said the kids drinks (milk and sprite) did not come with the kids meals and were an additional charge. After I looked at the menu, the kids drinks did show as included in the kids meal. I brought this to her attention and she got loud and said that they’re not included. She does not belong in the service industry and is a horrible representation of Rainforest Cafe

Not a Rainforest Cafe experience. First, the food gave all of us pangs of poisoning pain. Second, the exhibits were all closed.

The food was decent and service was very good. Most of the animals were under repair and the aquariums were empty which is a big reason to go here. Restrooms were also out of service. Ownership needs to invest in the restaurant to justify their prices.
