   Das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, was ich in der Sterneküche bisher erleben durfte. Der Platz am Chefs Counter ließ den Abend zudem zu etwas besonderem werden, da eine schöne Interaktion mit den Köchen und dem Personal möglich war. Absolute Empfehlung

   It’s been for a while since my last visit. For this time, I’ve had tasting menu and the most of dishes are updated and taste delicious. Wine list is also slightly updated and good for dishes with various spices. The best fine Mexican dining here.

   One of the best meals I've had in awhile! Worth the wait for a reservation. Tasting menu was a nice touch and George was an amazing server.

   Exceptional food! We had the Sikil Pak and the amberjack fish to start, followed by lamb empanada, half the rack of lamb (2 pieces) and the pork. Everything tasted so different and was super flavourful. Service 10/10 friendly, attentive, this restaurant is worthy of its Michelins!

   highly recommend the shared tasting menu and being adventurous with the wine list as there are a few unique wines you won't find anywhere else.

   Amazing. Got the tasting menu with drink pairing. Worth every penny. Sat at the chefs table wood fired. It was hot and smoky but it didn’t deter from our experience. Did not disappoint!

   The food and service here are exceptional. Super friendly staff with attention to detail. They make you feel special and listened to. The food was all excellent but the pork was out of this world. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

    As always, Quetzal impressed. We had a larger group on this visit so the Chef's menu was the right fit for the group. As always, the service was perfect - the team deftly navigated my friend's dietary challenges without obvious impact to the meal. The food was all beautiful and beautifully presented. Flavours were incredible. It was an all around fabulous birthday! Thank you
