Come enjoy a cocktail in our Tranquilo Lounge on one of our comfy velvet couches with your friends, or grab dinner in our dining room for a date night while watching our chefs create our beautiful dishes in our open concept kitchen. With over 90 Tequila and Mezcals to choose from, you'll have the option to sip on our patio, at one of the two full-service bars, in the Tranquilo Lounge or in the dining room while enjoying scratch-made tacos or ethically raised bone-in ribeye.

Open Friday and Saturday nights with late night snacks from 10-11pm and good vibes till 12am.

The chicken Tinga was delicious! The most tender chicken! The goat cheese and other sauces on the chicken were sooo good! The oysters were fresh and again, the sauces, delish!! Our server, Toni, was deightful! Oh, and the churros along with the caramel gelato were the perfect ending to our meal!

Excellent food and superb waitress Mary made the whole experience memorable. This was our first time eating here and we will definitely be back!

The food was impeccable. We enjoyed every bite. We ordered for apps the guacamole, oysters, mushrooms, and ceviche. Main plates we had various steaks and then dessert the tres leches cake and chocolate crème brûlée. Everything was soooo good. They were really busy (Saturday night) so kind of took awhile for things to come out but it was perfect and gave our group time to catch up and socialize. We didn’t feel rushed which can happen weekend nights at restaurants. We had the mezclaritas which were so delicious. I’m not a big mezcal fan usually but the combinations in it made for a tasty cocktail. Only got pictures of my steak because we scarfed down everything too fast.

It was our first time visiting Quemar since it has opened. We were surprised by how nice it was inside and the liveliness. The food was great and our server was as well. We will definitely be coming back and love the new go to place at the Oceanfront!

I had an AMAZING time for dinner, a great impression was left for our first time visit! The service was great and very attentive and welcoming, even down to the valet service - 10s across the board! A friend and I pretty much ordered (majority) of the menu. The highlights of the night were the oysters, the fish tacos and the guacamole. I also ordered the caesar salad which was really good! Entree wise, we shared the ribeye with chimichurri and the short rib burrito. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The short rib burrito was a bit underwhelming, I wasn't blown away by it like I was with all the other dishes. Dessert: please get the churros and the rum caramel sauce. the cinnamon sugar on the churros with the almost "brown buttery" flavor of the caramel paired wonderfully.

Great atmosphere and service! Make sure to try Casa Azul Organic Tequila when you are there. Delicious!
