Come experience an abridged version of Chef Andrew Zimmerman's popular Chef's Menu before enjoying a night at the theater! In collaboration with Chicago's vibrant theater community, we bring you the best way to enjoy Proxi in a shorter format to allow for a quick dinner before a show. The menu features a first course of sharables for the table, followed by a choice entree course, and family style dessert, all highlighting our kitchen team's globe-trotting, award-winning style. Available Monday through Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your pre-theater experience.

This tasting menu curated by Chef Andrew Zimmerman offers a refined journey through Bangkok's dynamic culinary culture, highlighting the region's bold and balanced flavors.
