Chefs master skills and knowledge in steaks learned in Brazil and Argentina.
Provenza serves breakfast and lunch by day, then transforms into a steakhouse by night.
Some of our signature dishes are Rancheros Benedicts, Shrimp mango cocktail,
Ceviche de Chicharron, Churrasco (Skirt Steak), Picana, Tomahawk and much more…

The churasco steak is our favorite. The mango shrimp appetizer is excellent and big enough for two.

We enjoyed all of our food at the Provenza Restaurant. We sampled several of the selections for restaurant week. The food was outstanding and the plating was beautiful ! Our server was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about the cooking techniques and flavors of different Latin American countries. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing dinner! Staff was very attentive. They have one of the best presentations to sing happy birthday. Great place!

Everything was amazing! The service, the food, and the ambience. Haven’t ate ate a stake that good ever! Definitely come visit Provenza, you won’t regret it.

First time here, wanted to try their AC Restaurant Week menu and the food & service was wonderful! Will definitely be back. Love that it is BYO and there's a liquor store in the same shopping center. Great views of AC at the outside tables and from inside the back dining room. Cannot believe there weren't more people in the restaurant but good for us locals - this is definitely a hidden neighborhood gem. Everyone should be eating here - it's a wonderful restaurant!

We had a great lunch during Restaurant Week. Great food and the nicest owner and chef. Highly recommend this local spot in Ventnor!

This was my first time here, reservation was for AC Restaurant Week pre fixe menu. The food was amazing, and the service was top-notch, with owner stopping over to serve and chat. Very charming! Outside dining provides an amazing view of the AC skyline.
