Prost! is a refreshing experience located downtown Frankenmuth! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a patio on Main St.

New Year’s Eve at Prost is a must. The Supper Club atmosphere is unlike anything you will find in the area. The staff is fully involved in setting the vibe and the music is top notch.

Prost is one of our favorite places! We really enjoyed the NYE dinner and event. The food and drinks were well presented and delicious. The ambiance and added decor were terrific! Justine did an excellent job. She was thorough, attentive, and made great recommendations. We also appreciated the options to move to the “tent” after our dining time ended. We enjoyed drinks and dessert while enjoying the NYE festivities.

Went here for a date night, it was perfect. Drinks tasted great and the build your own charcuterie board was such a unique experience. Definitely coming back!

My friends and I had a great time at Prost. It was their first time there and they were very pleased with the food and service. Can’t wait to go back!

Jake took great care of us. We were celebrating 35 years of marriage, and they surprised us with wine, a non- alcoholic drink for my husband, and a delicious fudge with sparklers! They made it even more special by adding sparklers, which I love, and a card signed by all the staff members!! Jake did a great job recommending meat and cheeses for our Charcuterie, and the gluten-free bread was amazing. My husband said the prime rib sandwich was "really, really good, in fact outstanding!" It was my first time trying a Connecticut lobster roll, which I'm glad I tried, but I will probably go with the prime rib next time. Great job, everyone, and we'll see you in the summer!

We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, bread w/oil and a seasonal Swiss bacon dip. It was all amazing! The best of I had to select were the stuffed mushrooms and the seasonal dip! It was my birthday and they brought a special little treat to help celebrate!

Smoked white fish dip was a bit like wallpaper paste. The French onion soup was horrible. Very little cheese, nothing but bland broth, few croutons, and overall underwhelming. Every time I ask for a “flat dry rosé” at Prost, I am brought a sparkling wine. The last 5 of 5 times. It’s a mystery.

Hi Lia, we were able to review your order and see that you were brought 3 glasses of the Tirridis Rose. That is a sparkling/bubbly. We do have other flat roses on our menu under the Rose category. We always offer our guests a sample first and are more than happy to provide you a new wine if that was not what you were looking for. As for the whitefish and soup, we are terribly sorry to hear you did not enjoy either. Both very popular among our guests! Thank you for your visit.
