This was our third time at Prime Cut each time before we had a great experience. Even though it was Christmas evening and we had an early reservation it was somewhat busy. We were seated promptly but that’s when it turned down hill, seated next to a couple that spoke another language and the elderly lady was hard of hearing so the gentleman was yelling at her. As we sat waiting for someone to come by to acknowledge us and take drink orders, we waited over 15 minutes, (not good) then the busboy came by and filled water glasses. Then we waited again before I finally waved down a server and asked who our server would be, he went to tell them and css as me back to take our drink orders. It was another 5-10 minutes before our server came to introduce herself to us and take orders. I ordered the “Prixe Fixed” dinner which should have started off with a cheese plate but she brought my salad first, after salad I had to remind her that I didn’t get the cheese plate, The service never got any better as the night went on Very disorganized evening and not a pleasant experience To spend that kind of money on a dinner and get poor service is not except able so we’ll take our business to another restaurant next time.

The waiter Alex was fabulous. My steak was cooked perfectly, mushrooms wonderful and I got a nice freebie dessert.

This place blows all other steakhouses in San Diego out of the water in every aspect. And they've hidden it from us inside a casino. But this restaurant is where you'll hit the biggest win. No joke.

Would not go back here. The Côte De Boeuf was tough and didn’t have any flavor and the lobster tail was overcooked and chewy.

Food was great some food wasn’t looking to fresh as we got there after 2 pm that was our appointment to time some food was never changed coffee and dessert can’t go wrong with that

I did not know that we were not gonna have any options on the menu. They had one Thanksgiving dinner and it was gross. We wanted to get away from staying home so that we can experience a different type of dinner and we did not

We were excited about a new upscale steakhouse in our part of town. Usually that means a nice atmosphere. order drinks and maybe an appetizer follower by a bottle of wine, dinner and maybe an after-dinner aperitif. This restaurant is capable of all that, but that's not what we got. This was a thanksgiving dinner, so it was a preset menu. That's what we wanted. The problem was the staff seemed to be trying to set a speed record. The first course was on the table before we were even able to order drinks. We had to ask. The wine was at the table before the drinks but after the first course. The second and third course were there before we were able to rush through our drinks. The main was there before we finished the previous courses. The desert was there before we finished the main. we would have liked to order a Port with desert, but the check was there before we even started our desert. We gave up, put half of our meal and the desert in boxes and went home. The entire rushed event took less than an hour. The restaurant was not crowded. There seemed to be adequate staff. This is really hard to understand.
