We had a very nice time at Prime. This is a great addition to the area. A place that earns its higher prices when compared to most restaurants in the area. Our entrees were all very good. The sides were huge portions and only the millionaire potatoes didn’t quite hit the mark. Our server was fantastic. And the one problem we ran into was immediately rectified by a comp on our check. We will definitely return.

Best steak place I've been to in a long time, especially in Blaine. Food and Service is 5 star.

I believe a restaurant should be rated on the professionalism of the service, the quality of the food, and the ambiance. My wife and I enjoyed a Valentine's weekend dinner menu at Prime. Every bite of our food was spectacular. The Maryland lump crab cakes were maybe the best I've had. An 18-oz ribeye was prepared to a perfect medium rare plus in the restaurant's 1600 degree oven. Such a beautiful char! I wish I could do this at home, but I'm sure I'd burn down our home. The service was polite and discrete. At one point, I was taking my evening pills and dropped one. Very quickly, a server quietly volunteered to pick up the pill if I wanted. The ambiance is warm and a nice romantic setting. Nice to have a steakhouse of this quality in the northern suburbs. We are returning! 😀

The service was excellent and the food was very good. This is a place for an occasional celebration. The prices were quite high which makes it difficult to dine on a regular basis. We might be back again after we save some money.

Long time Blaine resident and this is exactly the kind of restaurant that has been lacking in this area. No longer will we need to go downtown or Roseville for a great steak. My wife and I enjoyed the filet mignon and lobster special for two. The filet was perfectly prepared and was very flavorful and the lobster portion was quite generous and outstanding as well. I would be remiss if I did not mention the wedge salad with blue cheese was amazing and the millionaire potatoes top notch. Loved the ambience of this place and the service was great. The people running this place clearly recruited great employees as for being open only a short time it was very buttoned up. Can't wait to come back and try some of their other offerings. #homerundiningexperience!

Underwhelming. I’ve had better steaks for half the price, was too charred for my taste and the remaining scraps that I wanted boxed to bring home got trashed instead of boxed. (In their defense, the other food we got was boxed and it was only a small amount of steak) Cool environment, good service, great signature cocktails, and loved the Brussels sprouts.

Prime didn’t get 5 stars because they got some work to do if they want to charge those prices. Millionaire Potatoes were flavorful but dry. My husband ordered the Kingcut Filet but was served a New York Strip. My filet was very good but on one side it had a little too much char on it. The Cesear salad needs more dressing. We will certainly visit again because we loved the atmosphere. The chairs at the bar were very comfortable.

Wonderful experience the food and service was fantastic. It’s nice to have an upper scale restaurant in Blaine. It’s a little pricey but otherwise excellent.
