We are a 2023 & 2024 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Winner.
If you’re in the mood for an evening of good food and elevated ambiance, pull up a seat at Prime 3 Steakhouse, in Historic Downtown Leesburg, FL, with flair. By serving premium steaks and fine wines, we hope to provide an elegant and family-friendly dining experience for everyone in our community. Try our mouth-watering prime rib or seared scallops or our Norwegian Salmon. Pair it with a fine wine and treat yourself to a top-notch meal.
Don't forget to try our creme Brulee or Craft-Made Ice Cream for dessert. Now open for Lunch Mon-Friday 11am to 2pm. No reservations are required for lunch.

Good points first. Ceasar salad, bread good. Prime rib ok but very thin. My wife ordered the grouper grilled. It was either blacked or burnt. It was so dry it was not eatable. When we complained to the waiter he said he would tell the kitchen. If he had checked on us before we were finished he would know it was unacceptable. We have been going to prime since it opened and it was always good. We won't be back. To make matters worse it was my wife's birthday. $9 beer was excessive. $49 burnt grouper was worse.

We were a group of four celebrating a birthday. Our server was Katelin and she welcomed us with a smile and provided excellent service thoughout our meal and evening. Our first time at Prime3 on Main but after this experience we will be returning. The food was excellent and prepared as ordered. We all had steaks and they were all cooked perfectly.

Great restaurant located in downtown Leesburg. We were there on work with a group and the food and service was excellent. Most had steaks that were very good. Good wine selection and great drinks.

We completely enjoyed our dinner and visit to your restaurant. Our server Matt did an outstanding job in regards to every aspect of our dining experience. We will certainly be back. Fabulous. Dan and Kate Clark

The food is very good! Our group collectively all enjoyed calamari, surf & turf crab leg and sirloin special, filet and dessert. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our server was friendly and there seemed to be an abundance of staff, yet slow service, water not refilled - just little things that should not happen at this price point. There was live piano music which was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our meal a lot but you can get similar food for half the cost nearby.

Beautiful historic building with comfortable booths and tables. Excellent professional waitstaff that are very knowledgeable about the menu. Tablets are used to show the menu and drinks. They are lit up and easy to navigate. Our table had the pork chop, prime rib, skirt steak and filet. All were fabulous. The calamari appetizer was so tender it was by far the best we have ever had at any restaurant and included a nice spicy sweet sauce. Nice wine selection and the chocolate cake for dessert was lovely. Live music on a baby grand piano added to the overall fabulous ambiance. One of the owners stopped by to check on our table and it was clear they truly care about this restaurant. This was our first visit and it will become a regular dinner choice for us. Overall a great place in Leesburg.

Chris, our server ,was top notch!! Food was good quality., not top notch A charge of $25 to share a $95 dollar meal which we discussed w our waiter. He waived it tonight for us, but very disturbing they would charge this amount for sharing. $10 yes, $25 no! Also, charged $3 for a cube of ice for husband’s bourbon. We think they hv overpriced themselves We will not return due to these extra charges. Sorry, but better value elsewhere You can’t charge a high price for a meal and then nickel and dime your diners on small requests

Our first time to Prime 3. We came at a busy time and even though our server was wonderful, I think the kitchen and the bar got a bit backed up. The food was fantastic. It got a bit loud as we were at a center table right behind the check-in booth. Loved the piano music!!! We will be back again!!
