   To be fair, we went on Valentine’s Day, so some chaos was expected. Waiting 30 minutes for a reserved table wasn’t too bad, especially since others waited longer. The food was okay—nothing impressive, but decent. One annoying thing was that they ran out of meatballs and brought us arancini without checking first. We would’ve liked the option to choose something else. Funny enough, about 20 minutes later, a couple who arrived after us got meatballs—maybe they just needed more time to make them. Also, they mistakenly charged us for meatballs instead of arancini, which I didn’t catch. It was only a $1 difference and it’s totally on me (I should check before I leave,) but still, always double-check your bill, especially if they switch an item for you.

   Server was very nice, but it seemed she was the only server for about 10 tables. We sat down and 10-15 minutes went by without a hello, a menu, or waters. The food took 30 minutes to come out and the fish was cold when it arrived. Again the waitress was super sweet and apologetic + the live music and ambience was great. It just seemed as though there wasn’t enough staff causing a poor experience. It was Valentine’s Day and busy so I was understanding, just hope it’s not like that on a typical Friday night!

   We got seated at our table and waited for 45 minutes and the waiter never came to my table to even give us water. Everyone acted as if we were invisible and never even looked in our direction.

   Last minute decision and it was a good one. Everything was excellent. Sprouts and meatballs appetizer. Nashville chicken sandwich and chicken parm. Our server was the best. Friendly and helpful. 5 stars.

   Premiere on Broadway is the best. Ashley Moran one of the waitresses is amazing always smiling. Food is delish and atmosphere is beautiful

   Karen Grenier was fantastic! The music, food, and service was wonderful. It was a fun festive evening to celebrate the holiday season. The fish entree, and pepper vodka pasta dishes were excellent. The holiday cocktails were delicious. A favorite spot for dinner and now plan to try their brunch.

   Food was very good. Disappointed that the 80s music started one hour after advertised. We planned our reservation according to the schedule.

   We waited for 25 minutes and never got a server. We asked the host for a server, continued to wait, and still nobody came. There was a server mopping around who seemed like he hated his job, but he never came over to our table. There was only one other table at the time we went (6 PM on a Saturday). The food was great last time I went, but I had to ask the host for the check since I once again had an MIA server. It seems management has given up on this place. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and just letting them close like they ultimately prepare themselves to do in the coming months. It is a shame such a good kitchen is let down horribly by the service at this place.

    Had reservations for Friday evening, the place was fairly empty, not many people dinning in and most tables were completely empty. We were seated for 20minuties before a waiter stopped at our table. Ordered drinks and waited another 40minutes, our waiter walked past our table multiple times without even acknowledging us. Drinks never arrived. We left after sitting around for over an hour, no drinks, no food, no acknowledgement from wait staff. Very disappointed as this place has great reviews, we were duped. Would not recommend!
