   We enjoyed our food, thought it was excellent. Blackened Mahi mahi, slow cooked lamb, plantain basket and tiramisu. Only recommendation is add a rum soaked layer of lady finger to tiramisu. Still very good as is!

   If you're looking for a good meal with a nice ambiance do not go here. They played club music the entire time and then at 8 o'clock the club music gets LOUD and the strobe lights come on. The food was not very good at all. The delmonico steak was inedible. Couldn't even cut through it. Sent it back. The service was the only thing that was good.

   We had lamb chops and a ribeye. The lamb was very tough and the steak was 50% grizzle and 20% fat. The lamb was overcooked and the steak was cooked perfectly to med rare but the steak quality was terrible!! We sat at the bar, arriving around 6:45. I had a cocktail with an orange slice. The orange had a bug on it. Our server was always forgetting to bring simple requests. We would not recommend!

   This restaurant is located in a mall. Nice ambiance but somewhat loud. Great service & food.

   Great service. I loved my Mahi and Shrimp Iron (skillet meal). Fellow diner liked his huge portion of pork chops.

   I usually enjoy this restaurant and I guess everyone has a bad day now and then but this was a bad meal. There’s no other way to put it. I ordered the grilled chicken with Avacado and a “lettuce and spinach” salad. The salad consisted of field greens which I detest. The chicken was extremely dry and hard to eat. When I questioned the waitress, (who for the record was very nice) about the salad advertised on the menu, she simply said we don’t have lettuce so we use that. Never offered another meal or to discount it. Don’t know that I would go back.

   This was our first time at Port Barna, and hopefully there will be many more meals that we'll enjoy there! Two of us had the Paella which was superb. One had the octopus which I tasted - the best ever! Our fourth had the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly to medium-rare and was delicious. I ordered a good Malbec that normally was $7 per glass, but the Happy Hour (4-6pm) price was $5.60. For dessert, one had tiramisu and another had arroz con leche, and they were excellent, as was the expresso. Our server was very nice and provided good advice to our questions about the entrees. We dined early on a Saturday summer evening, and the restaurant was quiet. The ample bar is in the dining room, and I would imagine that "the more the merrier" adage easily would apply here.

    Port Barna was a very good lunch experience. We ordered a few tappas like empanadas and green flat bread. Very nice and tasty. Then came the entrees, the NY strip was good and so was the filet. Another had the bolognese pasta, and she liked hers, too. Good service as well. I would go back for more...
