Enjoy a four-course, paired tasting menu crafted by Chef Reuben Tomlins, thoughtfully designed to complement each wine selection. Throughout the evening, Jonathan Ross will share insights from his acclaimed book, How to Drink Australian, offering a deeper look into Australia’s diverse varietals, terroirs, and winemaking philosophies. Each course will introduce one or two wines, allowing time for discussion and discovery. Our selection showcases exceptional wines that highlight our passion for Australian winemaking.
