   It was an extraordinary experience!! Loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious and authentic, and the staff were cherry on top. Wanted to stay longer haha.

   Wonderful food and service, but the music was too loud. I requested a quiet table and they put us next to the dishes/silverware staff organizing table so there was a lot of banging.

   It was my first time at Pine Bistro, and I will be going back. Very nice place, with exceptional food, and great service. The owner is attentive to the customers and takes the time to talk to you and give you suggestions. I had a great time!

   Pine Bistro never disappoints! Excellent food and fantastic service can always be expected from PB. If you are looking for great wine recommendations or pairings, look no further than sommelier, Carolina.Highly recommend!

   Fantastic cocktails. Great food. Lovely decor. If you have never tried Lebanese food, this is the perfect place to try it. Quality ingredients are treated simply and lovingly. This is a great date night place or because you don't want to cook. Fits any occasion.

   Even though the food is tasty, it is extremely oily. Waited for the table for 45 mins. Not enough staff, so the service was very poor. For the prices of dishes, it would be expected for waiters to know how to serve. And wait.... beware of ordering cocktails, they r served based on half glass! Overpriced!!!!!

   Save your special occasion for elsewhere. Pine Bistro clearly isn't ready for Valentine's Day service. My Valentine's Day dinner at Pine Bistro was disastrous. What should have been a romantic evening turned into a 90-minute exercise in frustration. Despite the restaurant being clearly understaffed, no one seemed to be in charge or checking on tables. Our appetizer eventually made its way to us, we sat waiting endlessly for our main courses. After an hour and a half of watching other diners experience similar neglect, we finally learned that our waitress had never even entered our entrée order into the system. Most shocking was the staff's indifferent response – they simply allowed us to leave without any attempt at service recovery. The complete lack of management was evident throughout the evening, with no manager in sight to address the mounting issues. What's most disappointing is that this wasn't just about slow service – it was about a fundamental breakdown in restaurant operations.

    Unfortunately, the staffing at Pine Bistro and poor management overshadowed the delicious food. We had a 6:30 reservation, were seated at 7:10 and no one came to our table until 7:30. We witnessed at least two other tables get up and leave, specifically the couple seated next to us who had ordered their meals 90 minutes prior and the server had “forgotten” about. But this was not the fault of the server. There should have been at least 3 more servers covering the volume of guests. Finally, despite the numerous apologies for the wait for seating, wait for water, wait to place our order, we received our bill and were overcharged. It’s such a shame because the food is great but in a city known for hospitality, this spot will no doubt fail if they can’t turn it around.
