Located on the charming town’s busy High Street, the newly-renovated Piccolino restaurant, guests will dine in the most divine setting. Boasting glamorous wood panelling, diamond cut mirrors, a spacious marble-topped bar area, and greenery throughout the main restaurant guests can relax watching the chefs in action in the open kitchen. With an exclusive menu taking guests on a journey of taste using the finest ingredients across Italy, guests can experience fish expertly filleted tableside, Fassona beef sourced from Piedmont in North West Italy and authentic Italian pasta dishes like the Carbonara Grande, prepared at the table from a giant pecorino cheese wheel. The gem in Piccolino’s crown is it’s secret garden, a beautiful winterised terrace, where guests can soak up the summer sun Mediterranean style or cosy up in the heated all weather terrace, no matter the Marlow weather, with a DJ performing on selected evenings.

Great early evening meal with my teenage grandchildren. Plenty of choice on the menu friendly but unobtrusive service, casual ambience. Recommended.

Our visit was excellent, from me calling to say my Stepdaughter and I had been caught in traffic and we would be slightly late, to the minute we left. The service, food, friendliness and efficiency of the staff made us feel very welcome and relaxed, nothing was too much trouble for them, it was so lovly that we stayed for much longer than we had intended and we will most definitely return. Very disappointing. The restaurant seems to have gone down market since it was changed to Piccolino from The Bar and Grill. The food was very average and expensive for what it was. The service was ok but not great, the staff didn’t have any knowledge of the food and wine on the menu. Bar & Grill was our favourite restaurant (the food and staff were always amazing) and this is our second disappointing visit to Piccolino, not sure we will come back for a long time.

Brilliant place. Atmosphere and staff are great. Food is fresh and tasty. Only lost a star due to disappointment by our party having the 25 layer lasagne. It’s expensive but it did not look like the picture in the menu. Everything else great. The noise level is good noise creating good ambience.

Great location in the Marlow high street. Nice and warm inside the restaurant. Staff was very polite and professional. Food was amazing from the olives to the dessert and cocktails, food is full of flavour and high quality. Definitely going back.

On arrival the restaurant was very busy. Staff were polite and explained that the table wasn't ready and to grab a drink by the bar while we waited. It took over 45 minutes to get served for two drinks. A larger group of dinners came, who appeared to be local dinners and were served within 5 minutes. To be fair, the restaurant was much less busy.. It was disappointing to be waiting that long for two drinks. Once we got out table, the waitress made up for the bad experience earlier..She was very warm, helpful and very attentive.

Nice waiting staff but food average. Waiters kept leaning across rather than moving to serve fiood. Food was average . Good atmosphere although heaters at back were overbearing .

Bit disappointing. Having been to the Henley resto the visit to Marlow was underwhelming. Chicken was very dry (or the knives very blunt). Steak portion size was suitable for Ronnie Corbett. More positive though - the expresso martini was good. Shame.
