    Terrific Lunch, only had dinner there before yet the lunch was wonderful with high quality food and attentive service. Love the Baratta and home made pizza !

    Food was great ... service was decent ... order in which things were served was incorrect .. ordered drinks and then ordered food. Salad arrived before the drinks. Drinks took a long time to arrive, we were finished half way through the salad when the drinks arrived. There were few noisy patrons who were not regulated. It made it not a good experience. I had specifically mentioned in my reservation, that it was our Anniversary. Nothing was done to acknowledge the fact. If you are going to do nothing about it, why ask for the "Occasion" in your reservation. Ambience in general was good, food was great. Not chastising the place, just pointing out things that would help you make this a better experience for your customers.

    We always have a good experience at Piano Piano in Oakville. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, the food is great and the drink I ordered was well made.

    Thank you for the friendly and amazing service. The salad appetizer and bread were delicious! My friend ordered a full serving of calamari for the table to share, but we got a tiny portion, and half the portion was deep-fried vegetables. This was a bit surprising since a full portion cost $24.00. The pasta was overly salty hiding what might have been the full flavour - but otherwise cooked perfectly. Our server was excellent and the staff overall were very friendly and helpful.

    Me and my family have been coming here for years and I’ve never experienced the lack of care and service then I did tonight. It’s mind blowing this is a service industry. I wish you al the best we will not be returning

    Me and my boyfriend came for the first time and did the dinner for two, it’s a great value for the price! Everything came out with great timing the service was really good everyone was very attentive and accommodating. Food was so good, would definitely be coming back
