PF Chang’s has really gone downhill. This might be the last time i’ll be here. My reservation was for a birthday, they never read that part. I specifically requested a place away from the kitchen or bathroom, and that’s where they seated us even tho there’s a lot of empty tables. They said they don’t do the special place settings anymore & yet we passed by one on our way out. The entrees were blander than cardboard, i ordered the spicy chicken. I was supposed to get a free bday dessert, but it was not taken off the bill, nor was there any candle/sparkler. Our server did not even place my phone number so i can get credits for their rewards. No one was answering the phones but they were all talking to each other at the hostess booth. Never again. The Towson location closed so we settled for this. This location should have been the one they need to close.

Yummy food-a bit messy to eat (only reason i knocked off a star)-but amazing flavor. Drinks were delicious, and the service was great. We enjoyed our dinner.

Absolutely the last time we will ever go PF Changs White Marsh. The last time we were here was a year ago and we might as well have gone to the kitchen and cooked our own meals and served ourselves, it was that bad. Tonight, (where do I begin?!)…we made a reservation on Open Table and was seated on time, at 7:45pm. There were TONS of open times on Open Table yet we witnessed the young man working the host station turn 3 separate parties of 2-3 that there was an 1.5 hour wait with no reservation, even though we made ours just 10 mins upon arriving. We were seated for TWENTY minutes with no server in sight to serve water or take our order. We walked out, but not before we let the young man at the host stand know we were leaving. He shrugged his shoulders as if he could care less. We are very easy going and never have any complaints when dining out but we will never come here again! The only reason why we came here tonight is because we had a gift card. We threw it in the trash on our way out. PF Changs: hire and train your staff appropriately! No wonder the restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday night.

Terribly long time to get food out. Even though the restaurant was not so busy. When my daughter’s chicken came out, it was so oily and raw. Veggies were not even cooked. Not worth the wait for uncooked food

We had a lovely Valentines dinner. We were late due to an accident on the HWY but they moved our reservation for later in the evening. Lettuce wraps were outstanding.

Great meal and service. You should make a reservation. We still waited a little bit but without it it could have been longer. Worth it Love Changs

The restaurant is conveniently located next to IKEA and has plenty of parking. The restaurant was clean. The appetizers -sushi & ribs were very good. When it came to the main entrees this P.F. Chang’s did not live up to my expectations. The food was greasy & bland. The drinks were ok. Overall service was good but very disappointed with meals.

Food was good--as always. But the young wait staff apparently forgets when choosing the restaurant music that many of us come to lunch/dinner appointments for conversation. The music should allow for reasonable-decibel conversation: it's not intended to energize the waitstaff!

Food was average at best. Service was inconsistent, especially since the restaurant was mostly empty. Food was way overpriced. Server never disclosed that fried rice was an extra $4.50. Wasn't clearing noted on the menu if at all. Soup was not served until the end of the meal and only after requesting it. No offer was made to remove it from the menu. Deseret that included ice cream was mostly melted when served. There was a reason the restaurant was empty. Will never go there again.

We got the singapore noodle dinner and the chicken was a little overcooked. Other than that our waiter Brendan was wonderful. Also, he brought out a banana foster dessert to make up for the chicken.
