   slow to start but good thereafter. arrived early for reservation but had to wait until the arranged time. no drink menus given when seated, and that slowed our start. waiter then distracted with others as we had to wait to get them and then to get the drinks. after that, all went smooth and efficiently.

   There seemed to he an inconsistency in the preparation of the dishes we ordered. The quality of the experience has changed over the years. There wasn't much in the way of veggies in the sweet and sour chicken. The beef lo mein veggies weren't cooked enough, and the noodles were dry. The manager made an effort to correct the issue, which was appreciated. I can remember when you would be served a trio of sauces at the table when you were seated, and the dishes were full of veggies and protein. That is not the case anymore.

   We were seated near the kitchen which was not ideal, however the food and service was very good.

   Good food and great service. Restaurant needs a refresh inside. Many seating areas worn and in need of attention.

   Always love this place. Just wish they would find another cleaner for the tables. I hate that they are sticky. But that's what happens with wood tables.

   On 11/9/24, my husband and I had dinner at PFChangs to celebrate our 58th anniversary, which was noted in our reservation. We odered the chicken lettus wrap for a starter. The portion seemed smaller than usual, and the price seemed to be more than the valued portion. The app was delivered without a serving spoon, and we had to wait for the small plates and the spoon to eat it. I told our waitress it looked like the lettus leaves offered weren't enough for sharing. She agreed and said she would bring a few more. We had to ask a 2nd time for the lettus....I think she forgot. Her service was a bit disappointing, and she wasn't very attentive. My husband had the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken nuggets were hard, and very little veggies came with it. I had the rice noodles dinner...came with chicken and shrimp. The shrimp tasted fishy, and there wasn't very much chicken in the dish. We have eaten here other times and weren't disappointed with our meals. But on this night it was a big miss for us. Also, we had no one wishing good we'll on our anniversary.

    They did not honor my reservation despite having email and app proof of my reservation. Apparently, they don’t receive the Open Table reservations, so I had to put my name in again. Luckily, they weren’t that busy, so I only waited an additional 10 minutes after my original reservation time. Don’t be on the Open Table app if you can’t figure out the tech. Food is great, however which matters the most.
