   Even though it was New Year Eve and extremely crowded,out service was excellent. Our food came out in a timely manner and as always very good. Crispy green beans , a personal favorite.

   The hostess who brought us back was very rude and insulting. She initially was nice and brought us to a table that was dirty and started to clean it while we waited. Another waitress seemed to ask her to clean another table as well so maybe that stressed her out bc she then started to do that and took us to a different corner. She then cleaned it with a very wet towel leaving the table obviously wet & immediately slapped menus on the wet table. I said to her “may I please have some napkins to dry the table up before we sit down bc it is still wet” as I lifted a menu up to show her water all over the menu. She said hold on &got a small stack of cocktail napkins to make 2-3 swipes (which barely dried anything bc it was 2 tables put together). I said “I really don’t mind drying it myself if you could please just get me some napkins” She then looked at me and said “this is as dry as it’s going to get” very rudely and handed me the wad of wet cocktail napkins to which I said, “are you okay?” She then vigorously started to actually dry the table with those same cocktail napkins and then said to me “is this better?” with an attitude of course. At this point, to not escalate and make a scene in front of everyone I said thank you and told her politely “perhaps you need to take a break bc you are obviously stressed” She then walked away abruptly after slamming the rest down the menus down. I wanted to ask for the manager to speak to and leave, however, my family convinced me not to as it would be difficult to get a reservation elsewhere quickly. The waiter was nice & we had no further issues. That hostess was very rude &never have I encountered such horrific behavior & such poor customer service. Had she just dried the table or given me napkins, I would have had no issues. Maybe she was stressed from being a hostess and cleaning tables, but that is no way to speak to anyone ever. She needs to be told how inappropriate she was. She is short w/dark brown hair in a long bob.

   Our server Bridget was amazing - funny, attentive and happy to be our server. The food was great - as always at this P.F. Chang’s. The manager also came around to make sure everything met our expectations. It was a great evening and we’ll definitely go back.

    Bridget, our waitress, was fantastic! Her personality and pacing allowed us to enjoy our family meal. The food was plentiful. I would prefer increased flavor for the dishes we ordered.
