Not the PF Changs of old! Prices were high, quantities were smaller, and service provider was inexperienced. Mongolian Beef was 26.95 but with fried rice instead of brown rice, there was an extra price of 5.95. The beef itself was overdone, and consisted of smaller end cuts. Honey Crispy Chicken was better but received cold LoMein for that extra charge of 5.95. Bill was incorrect(a beer that I never received because they were changing the trap). Not returning! Too bad, it was always looked forward to!

We haven’t been to Chang’s in over a year so we were in the mood for Chinese, so what the hell. Chang’s used to be a great place, a place to go for special occasions. Not anymore We got the table near the kitchen door. So it was noisy, hate that. Food was good, service was lacking, staff seamed off, angry or just didn’t care. They were not busy so they weren’t “slammed “. It’s a shame. Maybe give them a try in another year. See if they upped their game.

I made a reservation for 6pm because we had a show at 7:30. We weren’t sat until 615. We put our order in right away and by 715 there was still no food. We asked for the check so we could at least pay for our drinks. Another eight minutes and no check. So we just left cash on the table and walked out.

The restaurant did not recognize OpenTable reservations because it was not connected to their system. They sat us, but we were at a crappy table in the corner. It was my daughter’s birthday. We came here because she had good memories of PF Changs in Boston. The food took over an hour and a half to arrive and that was just two of the five appetizers. One appetizer came at the end of the meal. While they were fully aware of my allergies, there was a slip up. Luckily I called it and insisted on not only a double checking but a triple checking with the waitress who said there was peanuts involved. While waitress was very nice and they did take some money off the bill. It was a completely disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

We made the reservation through open table. Got there on time and waited over a half an hour to be seated.The Hostess just made excuses why they couldn't seat us. Then twenty five minutes after the reservation decided to put two high top tables together for our table of six. The waiter that we had Was unhappy and you could tell. just not a great experience

Good meal! Quick service. Especially enjoyed deep fried green beans. Good portion size.

The food was incredible as always although the portion sizes were a bit smaller. Our server was amazing until we were trying to leave.... took us almost 30 minutes to pay our tab for some reason. Also, we had a reservation and they gave our table away and put us on the end of a high top with another large party that was there celebrating a birthday... the kids were kicking the table and it was not ideal. Hopefully next time is better.

Weather was nice so we sat outside. My wife and I tried the PF Feast. Saved a lot with this promo they are currently offering. Egg drop soup is the best! Since the last time we ate there, the dumplings has changed yet again in the way they serve it but it is one of our favorite! Lo Mein is the best made from scratch!
