    The food and service was good. The only issue was the hostess who was not very friendly and borderline rude. When she couldn't find my reservation, she was not very helpful. When I showed her my confirmation from Open Table, she just kind of rolled her eyes and sat us at table. The menus that she gave us had random pieces of food on there

    I go to PF Chang’s in Pleasanton most Mondays after shopping. The food is very good and the service is wonderful. All servers recognize me and stop by our table, Your server, Laura, is outstanding. Very personable and on the job for sure. An asset as an employee to your restaurant.

    The host failed to share with our server that we were celebrating a birthday. We went here on my fiancés actually birthday and it was a bit disappointing that the special occasion wasn’t even acknowledged. On top of that, we tried using the birthday reward to get a free appetizer but were told that because we ordered the “Chef’s Feast” that we could not do both… My fiancé had to speak with the manager and eventually convince them to ring up the appetizer separately. I would have thought they would be happy to have our business for our celebration and try their best to accommodate/make it work.

    I made a reservation like normal and approached the host station and waited a few minutes for them to finish their personal conversation before I was greeted. I let the hostess know that I had a reservation and she was annoyed that it was made through OpebTable because they have to log into a different portal to pull the reservation apparently? I don’t know… any ways we were brought to out table after about 5 minutes of her trying to log into the portal. Once seated we waited 12 minutes to be greeted by our server. It was super loud in there, it was dead, maybe only 10 other tables but the acoustic are terrible. The P.F. Chang’s food quality has went down hill in the last hear of so. I feel like it used to be like a fusion flare, this tasted like it was a microwave dinner. Our kids ordered chicken teriyaki and neither one of them would eat it after taking a few bites (they’re 10&11) I tried it and the teriyaki was grainy and I had to send back their broccoli because it was cold. I’m not sure what’s happened with the restaurant, but bring back the old P.F. Chang’s!!

    Made the reservation but once we turned up I still had to wait more than 15 minutes for a table. Waitress was good but asked multiple times for certain things.

    After getting home and reviewing the receipt they had added a gratuity in for a table of two, I included a tip as well. Way over paid.

    What a wonderful establishment. In Stoneridge Mall. It is a wonderful Bar and Asian cuisine. A delightful place with great service and food. A select menu for any diet. The power lunch is ideal. This was a business trip and well worth the drive.

    Our server and ambience was good. The food was not as good as we have experienced in the past. It was unseasoned and the fried rice was also dry and lacking flavor.
