We have always loved PF Changs but this location failed with their normal ambiance, quality etc Our server was or seemed overwhelmed and provided less than adequate service. In addition our toddler son’s meal didn’t come out with our meals and after being notified of the situation the server went on to bus an empty table with no sense of urgency. We never saw the manager at any time and although busy doesn’t excuse the lack of accountability on his or her part. Would not recommend this restaurant and if you like of changes onto another location this one was not even close for some reason 🤷🏻‍♂️

Valentines night dinner is expected to be busy. It also happens to be our daughter’s birthday so we didn’t mind this wasn’t the “romantic vibe” type restaurant. I’d never been to this location and it’s actually pretty small and compact. It’s very bright and the music was pretty loud. The hostess staff were so nice and gave us a birthday card for our daughter! Our server was very laid back and not always on top of things, like bringing plates for our app right away. Overall good experience. Food is as expected and we had a nice dinner, although very busy!

We made a reservation and was seated as soon as we arrived. Our server was always smiling and she introduced us to the lettuce wraps! Yummy! Would highly recommend this location.

All was good just would like larger portions but i guess most establishments cut back now. The food was delicious

Service great / restaurant really scaled back and not as nice as other location’s, food is not good. Many burnt items that were not edible

After being a huge fan of PF Chang’s, we were excited about the new location at OpryMills. But it’s more like a fast food wanna-be PF Chang’s. Server was great and the the food was ok but the ambiance, interior, and overall was not up to par at all.
