   Went for Valentine’s Day and I must say as this was our first time ever going to P.F. Chang’s the food was amazing! Highly recommend the pork dumplings and bbq spare ribs!

   Excellent experience. Even though it was very crowded and we had to wait 45 minutes with a reservation, the manager and staff couldn’t have been nicer to us. The food was amazing and so was the service. We will be back!

   First and foremost, PF Chang's does NOT honor Open Table reservations. We had a 6pm reservation Friday evening @6pm. Arrived 10 mins early, and was told it will be " a few minutes ". 35 mins later, we were told that there are 14 ahead of us. When I pressed the check in desk about the reservation, they just shrugged. Just not a 1st class dining establishment. Do yourself a favor, dine elsewhere

   Joshua bar tender was great. Would recommend the restaurant offered higher quality disposable chop sticks. $5 cocktails and $10 appetizers are a great valve.

   Our server Josh who is also the bartender is the absolute best. He’s so attentive to the customers and he ask us everything okay and came to check up on us several times during the meal. The food was excellent. I got the edamame, which came warm and salted. So delicious. My dining partner got the spring egg rolls and they were delicious. Dinner I got the new tofu dish called Mongolian Tofu with green onions and I absolutely loved it! My new fav!! Keep it on the menu. It’s was cooked to perfection with a crispy outing and just the right sauce. My dining partner had the salmon and she stated it was fair. Too much sauce just slathered on it. It didn’t look appealing.

    We had to wait 30 minutes for our reserve time and when we were taken to a table, not even half of the tables were full. Our waiter was very rude, including not introducing himself or asking how we are doing. Just asked what we wanted. We were very unimpressed. We will not be back.
