    I took my wife to P.F.Changs for her birthday. She was sent a choice of a free appetizer or desert for her birthday. The smart mouth waitress immediately challenged that stating we only do desserts . After checking with the manager, she discovered she was in error. The service at the point was only fair the rest of the meal. The food was only fair at best. The restaurant set-up is not a great place for couples. It is dark and has no ambience. At the end the bill was incorrect and Our smart mouth waitress again challenged me stating it was correct. Well once she took the time to look she realized she has made a mistake. We will not be returning . There are better Asian restaurants in Greensboro.

    Reservation made with OpenTable BUT PF Chang's does not take Open Table Reservations! So had to wait for 40 minutes for a table. Decided to sit and eat at the bar instead. Bartender was a novice and didn't have any help so service was poor. Food was good though.

    My husband and I celebrated my birthday at PF Chang’s. We had a lovely experience. The food and service were both excellent. The only disappointment was when we wanted to order spring rolls for appetizers, they have discontinued them. The original spring rolls were my favorite.

    We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. We enjoyed our dinner and the fun sparkler at dessert. That’s always a good time. We will be back.

    Understaffed and overwhelmed. Staff seemed confused from host to waiters. Orders forgotten, took a long time for orders, no one clearing tables. Food on the floor and less than half full. Indicates a lack of management. The good news is the kitchen seemed to provide the level of quality expected. Service level not up to PF Chang standards.

    The food quality has really gone down here. I ordered beef lo mein and I had to dig in my lo mein to find beef, and my food was half cold half warm. My friend didn’t like her firecracker shrimp meal either because there was a really strong fishy taste to the shrimp. She’s always gotten that entree. Not coming here again.

    Drinks came after the food. Very slow service all around. Food was luke warm. I requested a booth with my reservation which was ignored.

    We had reservations and ended up getting a to go order. The food was great and everything was right w the order. I apologize for forgetting to cancel the reservation but, we had a great meal to go.

    Even though we had a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes for a table due to lack of clean tables. The floors were filthy and covered with bits of food and paper ends of straws. The waitress was pleasant and our food order was correct and timely but the fried food was in a clump and unattractive.
