   It was very cold in the restaurant which made our experience less than fun. Probably will not go to this location again even though the food was good. We were told the heat system was broken and no one was willing ro get it fixed .

   Dinner with friends on a Friday night was delightful. Our waitress Liz was attentive without being intrusive, the food was delicious, and we weren’t rushed to leave our table.

   I remember when PF Changs was THE place to go for dinner and drinks. I was surprised to find things so quiet on a Saturday evening. The food and the service are still excellent but the overall aesthetic of the restaurant is definitely showing its age. Changs is a staple and we will definitely be back.

   Sadly some items we were used to ordering in the past are off the menu. The spring rolls were cold inside and didn’t appear to be fully cooked or heated, even when a new one was made. The main entrees were also not hot. The restaurant was understaffed they told us with only 2 waitstaff for the entire restaurant.

   Food was good. Unfortunately both my wife and I had upset stomachs later in the evening. Service was adequate. Beware that email advertisement does not state that happy hour specials are only available in the bar. These cannot be ordered in the main dining room at happy hour prices as the waiters have no access to the reduced prices. Will be a long time before going back

   It has been a few years since we had dinner here. What a huge disappointment. The chicken in my Asian salad was dry, stale, and tasteless with a tiny amount of dressing. The rest of the salad was anything but fresh. It was $20 and inedible. The children's chicken tenders were very hard and stale. Our grandson refused to eat them. My father's sweet and sour chicken had no sauce, so he took the sauce from the grandson's plate. My husband's Singapore Street Noodle dish was too salty to eat. The staff was indifferent, so we didn't bother to complain. Sometimes, it is easier to just never return than try to correct the problems of the meal. What's up with the chicken? Every piece of chicken was stale and tasteless. The only thing we enjoyed was the edamame appetizer. The check for 4 adults and a child was $130 without tip, and the only alcohol was one beer. Terrible food. Terrible value. Terrible experience.

   PF Changs is a tried and true option when I am looking for a lunch spot. The food is always good and the service is always great. Great lunch menus with plenty of options.

    We both enjoyed our meals;Kung pao chicken and crispy honey shrimp.. both with Lo Mein noodles at the recommendation of our server KJ.
