Waited 1 hour to be seated despite reservations. Then I waited one and a half hours for food, even though we ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down. The food was mediocre best. Overall, very poor experience. Will not be going back. I don’t know what’s going on with this branch or if it’s a problem with the chain, but I’ve never seen anything like it.

We made a reservation for Christmas Eve and were seated in the noisy crowded bar with people standing by our table we waited an hour and 15 min for our food and the food was lukewarm warm and looked like it was thrown on the plate The alcoholic beverages we each ordered required a special glass we were told one of us had to wait due to no clean glasses Ruined the fun of ordering a special cocktail Overall very disappointing experience

The service was horrible for the second time in a row. Waited forever for drinks. Then we waited forever for the main entree after the appetizer. We asked for something twice, and the waitress would forget, and kept passing right by our table. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Went to P.F. Chang’s while in Asheville Friday night. The food was great, cocktails were very good, and our server Hurley was excellent. He helped me decide which chicken entree to order, and gave insight to the rewards program which I had signed up for a few days earlier. Would definitely recommend going here when in the Asheville area.

The service was great! Food was absolutely delicious. Tried the new Pad Thai- Amazing! And the pot stickers and lettuce wraps …

One of the more consistent chain restaurants and a go-to in NC where local Chinese restaurants are generally terrible. Our appetizers were hot and fresh. Our chicken and beef entrees were nicely prepared and generous. Fried rice was okay but not authentic; and impossible to eat with chop sticks. Be sure to enjoy the bar, where our evening began with some very interesting cocktails. Our only complaint is this location, while comfortable, appears very tired.

Hurley was a fine server. Gave us insight to current specials vs what our cravings were. Food quality and taste was excellent. Only downside was the noise. We were seated next to a service station and that increased the level even further.

P.F. Chang’s is always great. The flavors vary a bit from location to location, but each one has something uniquely good about it. We always eat at the bar because the bartenders are very good and always fun to talk to.
