Located in the West Loop of Downtown Chicago, PERILLA fare offers Korean American cuisine centered around a communal dining experience inspired by classic Korean flavors and traditional ingredients. With an emphasis and focus on quality and premium selection of meats for Korean BBQ, Chef Andrew Lim and the team proudly works with local farms and quality importers to provide our guests with an adventurous culinary experience. We offer an expansive beverage list which includes handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, a curated wine list, and hand selected imported sojus and makgeolli. Our menu accommodates all dietary restrictions with a focus on vegetarian options including locally sourced mushrooms.     Lovely first experience dining here! Great, attentive staff helped us navigate the menu and show us how to Korean bbq. Great ambiance and delicious food that left us satisfied and not over-stuffed.

    I think Perilla Fare was a great experience the meat was amazing and the venue is set up well. I would highly recommend the crispy potato's.

    A fun night out with delicious food. It is nice to take part in cooking at the table. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of great sides and plenty food. Everything was amazing!

    Absolutely lovely experience. Really made me feel special for my birthday. They took note of everything! Our server was wonderful and engaged with us in conversation and made us feel really welcomed. The music was great (I had Shazam going) and the overall ambience is inviting and upbeat and chill at the same time? I'm easily over simulated but this place had me at ease. Finally the food. The wagyu chobop to start was a fantastic entry to the rest of the courses. We did restaurant week and everything was exceptionally flavored and cooked. Ordered some extras like the bavette (so so good). Definitely will be back!

    Amazing time was had. Max our bartender and Onyx our server were experts at making us feel welcomed and at home. The hospitality here is top notch and I would he more than glad to visit with a larger party

    Food was fantastic. Our server Mags was great. A lot of people helped us out and everyone did a great job. We will definitely be back!

    Some of the best and most flavorful Korean BBQ I've ever had. Highly recommend the marinated short rib and the kimchi fried rice.
