Food was fantastic - the ocotopus starter was the best I've ever had. The famous carbonara was perfect. We finished with the tiramusu and Creme Caramel. Such popular dishes and can understand why. They were amazing!

Always make sure to visit when I visit Sydney. Everything top rate,good wine list, nice choices of food, including fish, meat and veg options. Favourites for me are the pulpo starter and the banana desert. Good friendly service despite dining at time when there was a change of servers. Good atmosphere, music played. Booking is only question, it was hard to find any slot over a three day period so was surprised that when we went it was much less than full.

Always a pleasure dining at this restaurant. Food and ambience are top notch ! High recommend anyone visiting Sydney!

Food was delicious, atmosphere was great Service was ok. I felt the wait staff could have been slightly more attentive... noticing that wine glass was empty and offering another - for instance. But overall, a lovely experience.

everything great, vibe, service and food really good. wines very good but about 10% overpriced. otherwise would be outstanding in all categories

We were a group of 5 that had all dined and had great experiences at Pellegrino 2000 before, however this latest experience was completely under standard. As a group of 5 we were forced to do the set menu which was very limiting and had little to no substitute options for dietaries. Our cocktails arrived well after our entrees were served, and our wine we ordered to go with dinner arrived midway through our mains. We had to follow up twice to see where our drinks were. There was a long wait for our dessert to arrive, which after a short period of time the bill was popped down, plates started to be cleared and we were told another booking was coming in, when we were clearly still eating & had lots left. The bill had to be amended twice, first time an extra bottle of wine had been included that we didn’t order. Second time, the desserts that were part of the set menu were charged individually. Overall really disappointed in this latest experience and unsure if / when we’ll be dining back there.
