Seat at our Chef's table for a great experience to celebrate a special occasion and enjoy the view over our kitchen. Only 1 experience is available per day for up to 6 persons for a booking before 7:30 pm. Mention any allergies or restrictions while making your reservation as we might not be able to accommodate otherwise and the price will stay the same.
The experience is not refundable if you cancel less than 72 hours before. The amount is not refundable if one or several guests don't drink the wine pairing.

Uns wurde dieses Restaurant empfohlen. Wir haben eine sehr tolle Erfahrung gemacht 2- 3 Sachen haben uns nicht ganz so gefallen. Aber sonst war das Erlebnis lässig, die Somalier war ausgezeichnet! Ich würde nächste Mal das Wein partage nicht mehr machen, um mich für eine oder zwei Flaschen Wein selber entscheiden! Aber im Grossen und Ganzen toll

Had Partage on my list for some time and finally decided it would be perfect to celebrate a couple of milestones.
Atmosphere: Modern swank with a friendly and appealing wink. Approachable. The kind of venue where the ice cubes have tiny molded pedestals for gold-dusted garnishes but also a cheery wine-lined foyer/tasting area with barrel tables and a rustic tiled entry into the dining room. PLUS, a semi-private banquet room with a logoed laser light show projecting onto the tabletop, for those Instagram moments.
Was escorted to what mixologist Matthew assured me was the second-best seat at the bar. After receiving introductions (Matthew, Jordan(?), Ian), water, menu book, and restaurant vision, had the difficult task deciding which cocktail (alcoholic all $19) to have first. Already had planned to order the Signature Tasting Menu ($180) and threw in the Black Truffle supplement ($40).
Drinks (all awesome with lovely presentations)-
The Golden Pepper: A zingy smoky sipper.
South of France: Slightly sweet, slightly sour, garden fresh tasting.
Bruschetta Tartine: Delivered on the intense impression that a rich toasted tomato sandwich had been transformed into a liquid. My favorite out of an outstanding field.
Le Café des Îles: Partage's caramely citrusy take on the espresso martini.
Food-
As the menu changes frequently (once a month; the one I enjoyed is due to rotate out around 19 December), plus OpenTable's character limit, I have to refrain from my usual excessive rundown of all the courses. BUT, every course was a showcase of unique flavor boosts and ingredient twists, and were sensorily fascinating. Portions were larger than tapas, each dish enough to enliven the taste buds and satisfy the belly, not wearing out its welcome.
Service: Impeccable and engaging. Pace was deliberately and thankfully unhurried for maximum enjoyment of the meal.
Value: For sheer volume and creativity, well worth it. The whole experience at Partage was a delight.

Une sublime découverte à Las Vegas !! Une très belle salle, un personnel attentionné et des plats succulents !! Le vin était fantastique aussi…sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons car le menu change tous les mois…MERCI MERCI MERCI !!!

If I could give a restaurant 100 Stars, Partage would be the one! Everything and I mean everything was top shelf fantastic!
The service was perfect. The food was outstanding! The cocktails were phenomenal! We had the 7 course experience. Everything was perfect! Bravo to Partage!

Wonderful experience - food, service, atmosphere all amazing!!! Had the 5 and 9 course tasting with wine. Loved every bite and sip. Presentation was beautiful. Same meal on the Strip would have cost 3x more.

Is absolutely fabulous! Our second time eating at the Chef’s Table and third time eating at the Partage. The food is outstanding. Best of all is how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. If you’re in Vegas and like fine food, leave the strip.

We had the 7 course menu and really every dish was great. They also readily accommodated my wife's preference for well done meat and fish. Service was very attentive without being intrusive, and they did an excellent job of informing us about each dish. I would classify the atmosphere as elegant and fairly quiet, with some soft music in the background. Definitely worth a visit.
