The overall experience was good the seating was exactly what I asked for I just didn’t appreciate my server continuously referring to me as bro or brother the entire time he is supposed to be professional especially in this type of setting but the food was good.

The food here is always amazing! I neglected to consider that it is during the holidays, so they were a lot busier than I expected. Therefore, I think our waitress may have been a little overwhelmed, so she didn't check in on us as timely as I would have liked. The temperature in the restaurant was also a little too warm for me. I would always recommend this restaurant because of the amazing food!

Usually great at Paradiso but not so much last night for my husband’s birthday. He ordered a diet soda which was flat so he pivoted and ordered a beer instead. The waitress poured his beer table side which overflowed onto the ground. We split the fried calamari and Caesar salad which had no dressing on it until my last few bites when I found a small blob at the bottom of my plate. I don’t know who set the table as we did not have any forks and had to ask for some when our starters arrived. Our entrees arrived hot and looking beautiful. My husband ordered the petrale sole with sauted veg and mashed potatoes. I took a bite of his spinach which tasted of burned garlic. He didn’t notice so it didn’t ruin the side dish for him. Ummm, at last count, that’s 5 strikes. Overall, not the best night for Paradiso. We have dined there for many years and we generally have a lovely experience with delicious food but not last night. I understand it is the holidays so they are probably very busy and maybe working with new and inexperienced staff. I can cut them some slack and plan to return despite what happened but if this was my first visit, it would also be my last.

I had a perfect dining experience with family members. It was easy to make reservations via Open Table and revise guest number from 4 to 5 an hour before reservations by calling the restaurant. The specials for the day were exceptional variety. the butternut squash ravioli in a brown butter sauce was my choice. The Rigatoni Bolonaise had a flavorful sauce, a bit on the spicy side. Service was attentive and with a smile. The restaurant has a lovely interior, well decorated and refined ambiance. Finding parking in the area is a challenge on a Sunday as the restaurant’s lot is only for a few cars.

Service was great but food not up to usual par. Perhaps new cooks. Seafood fettuccine cream sauce was watery, shrimp was rubbery. Mashed potatoes were gluey consistency and spinach had no seasoning and was overcooked (mush). I’m a regular customer so this was disappointing for a $200 bill.
