Our Elevate Journey is $350 per person for our 8-course tasting menu, with premium paired wines. Poor Service, but Molecular Gastronomy at its finest. Dining here is definitely a foodie experience. Lobster Soufflé was incredible, and the cuttlefish with lime pearls was sensory tick. Quail was beautifully presented… but breast felt undercooked. Maybe it was the presentation as it seemed to the eye like we were eating raw chicken. Some of the other dishes seemed too far. Like Pasta dish that felt like we were eating raw pasta with seasoning. Miso butter could do with less miso more butter as it was overwhelming. We even asked for butter but got what seemed like a vegetable spread to have with more bread. I had heard other reviews of how incredible bread was so we were excited to try it only for it to be sourdough. Maybe charcoal buns previously pared better with the miso butter? Wine list is superb and extensive. Fit out is artistic and warm It rained heavily on day we were there - as we finished our meal and Chardonnay the waitress didn’t mention it was last of the bottle. Due to food being light and rain we could have easily had another bottle, if we were asked. At $390 a bottle this was big oversight on day. It was also my birthday on say we dined - which I explained and on booking and at arrival. Unfortunately table next to us got birthday dessert with sparkles and we didn’t. Also all of the waitresses had unkept hair and kept touching their face as they spoke to us. Not ideal for establishment providing that level of dining. Lastly as we went to leave we could get out - weird entrance and the waitress was trying to get us to go through basement to avoid rain. Our uber was already waiting, she kept changing her mind and as such took too long to decide which was best exit and by the time we could get out of the building the uber left. We then had to sit outside on concrete stairs drenched from rain. Sadly service let this experience down, and the food wasn’t impressive enough for us to return.

Food was incredible, and every server we spoke to was lovely. Only real downside was the cocktails. We ordered the barrel aged Negroni and a bourbon based stir down. Both drinks were seriously over diluted and unimpressive. For $28 for a Negroni you'd probably also expect block ice like they serve upstairs. It didn't ruin our experience in any sense but was hoping for more based on the rest of what we'd been served.

Everything about our meal tonight made for a memorable experience. The waiters were exceptional, the food, exquisite and the ambience was very relaxed.

We had Sunday high tea. Of our 5, we had a lactose sensitive person and 2x gluten free. With prior warning, the chef was able to accommodate our GF needs and minimise dairy. The teas are tasty, and the mix of flavours in the range of high tea offerings was excellent. Happy customers - 3 boomers 2 Gen X. Thanks.

One of the best dining experiences you will have ! Everything from venue to the ambience, food and service was exceptional. Highly recommended the tasting menu . Please allow yourself the 3+ hours. It is worth it !

Amazing evening. Food and wine matching was exceptional. Scallops and beef dishes were the heroes. Service made our evening very special. Thank you Dylan and Faith. We will be back soon.
