   Exceptionally good high tea. Traditional with a modern twist. The food is glorious, service is perfection and the venue itself is a really lovely space to be in. I cannot recommend the experience highly enough.

   Palette Restaurant was wonderful - the ambience was lovely, the setting gorgeous and the service was top notch. The food was beautifully prepared, amazingly presented, and was absolutely delicious. This is top cuisine! Being a 'foodie' with eating in great restaurants being my thing, I am looking forward to trying other delights on the menu at Palette when I return.

   The food we had was cooked beautifully. The service was good, and the ambience was really nice. A few more options for food would be good and some larger portions would also add value. Overall, we really enjoyed the evening.

   Short on time to see a show but the staff helped us order straight away and had us our in 35 minutes after a delicious meal of swordfish steamed in a banana leaf with fabulous Asian fusion flavours

   This was one of, if not the best fine dining experiences I've had in Australia. The interior was beautiful, the service was outstanding, the wine list was immaculate and the attention to detail in every menu item was just incredible. If you have the coin I cannot recommend the tasting menu enough.
