The hotel and the restaurant is well decorated and beautiful but the food did not add up to the standard. Friday night with decent crowd but not too busy, nevertheless the service was a bit too slow. Wine and beer were not delivered for 15 min to start with. The entire dinner for 4 took 2.5 hours. Ragu pasta was too oily for me.

Celebrated my 50th bday here with my girlfriends and had high hopes as I’ve dine at their sister restaurant Ellie’s in Dallas before. They had a good selection of wine but didn’t have my friend’s favorite, we enjoyed the alternative wine we selected. The food was ok, price a bit high. Pasta was good and the roasted cauliflower. Food was not something we were WOWED at. The vibe is great, our waitress Diana did amazing. Few glitches in the service but she always came through. She was knowledgeable of the food and did great with her recommendations and was very attentive to our needs. Although the chef was very thoughtful of sending out a birthday dessert. We were a bit disappointed. It was ok! Overall the experience was ok, I absolutely ENJOYED my time catching up with my girlfriends. Would I go back? Most likely not. But wishing Palato huge success! Welcome to Frisco!

Food was amazing, but it was way too bright, there was no ambience. And we weren’t told the price of the market price steak and it ended up being five times the amount of everything else on the menu, which probably should’ve been mentioned.

Love the bar but you have to remember you are in a hotel. Unfortunately for an Italian restaurant the menu was very under par. Only 4 pasta dishes and no red sauce! Overall menu unappealing. Very disappointing. The bar menu was to contrived with confusing drinks!

Wonderful meal for a birthday celebration. We both had pasta and it was delicious. Like a great bowl of pasta in Italy. We will be back!
