   Because of the weather no fault of the restaurant we didn’t get to experience the entire outdoor section. The experience overall was top notch!

   6:50 at night, not busy at all, multiple staff hanging around the hostess station. Staff slowly walks around, sauntering. Hostess acknowledged our Ipen Table reservation and the politely asks “Oh and who’s birthday is it”. I smiled and said Donna’s as I gestured to her. She took us to a lovely two-top at a couch. From there we waited 10 minutes for water. The waitress was saying and going through the motions - no energy, no eye contact - just void of welcoming. We ordered an appetizer and two cocktails one the 24ct Old Fashioned with gold cherry. It took 10 more minutes to get the appetizer (which was presented so well and tasted delicious; however, it took 20 more minutes to get our drinks and by that time we were almost done. We had watched multiple bartenders behind the bar doing nothing but chatting. Our waitress gone in the back and then stood at the bar. Watching the bartender finally get to making the Old Fashioned - man, it must have taken him 10 minutes to make one drink, which was too sweet. I received it and it had no gold cherry. Waitress said yeah they must have run out and walked away. Took another 10 to get our check. Look, decor and view will not make up for poor slow service under poor management. Train , train Train them to treat every customer like gold - whether you ran out or not.

   The drinks weee a horrible ripoff. The cocktails were premixed and poured over one ice block. I took the ice block out and it was less than an ounce of premixed drink. It was by far the worst drink I have ever had. The appetizers were good. Extremely limited menu. The ambiance was outstanding. Just do NOT go for the cocktails. Absolutely horrible. And the service was extremely slow. How do you have to wait 30 minutes for a premade half ounce of cocktail. I'm a travel agent and will not recommend this place. Extremely overrated.

   This is a cool place to hang for drinks and the food for dinner was very good. They have been open for months but were unprepared to seat my party of 6 for our reservation. That created early frustration but once we were finally seated, thing moved along a bit better.

   The drinks here are so amazing! I had the espresso martini. & the menu was small but the food was great. Ambience was 10/10, I’ll definitely be back when it’s warmer and I can sit outside!

   The host was a lovely person, one server was lost and the manager was super rude with our table, drinks took almost 49 minutes to be served, food was ok

   This was our second visit. Our first visit was spectacular and Mo was our server, who is excellent! This time our server was terrible. She brought our bottle of white wine 35 minutes AFTER we ordered it, and AFTER we had finished our food! She brought no chiller like other tables had, never checked on us between ordering and bringing the wine, and never even refilled our waters that were empty. The only person who saved this disastrous experience was MO!! We will always request her to be our server going forward. The food is good and the restaurant is beautiful inside out outside. Probably better training or supervision of some of the servers is in order. No one but Mo, who remembered us, came to check on us, and she was the one who got what we needed.

    Made reservations but didn’t need to. I also never received a phone call back so we just sat at the bar. They took my birthday cake though because they charge a five dollar cut fee.  fountain was not cut on either
