Our Story
The story of Ottoman Bar & Grill is one steeped in tradition and culinary passion. Founded by a family with deep roots in Turkish cuisine, Ottoman began its journey in the charming town of Chorley.

Drawing inspiration from their Turkish heritage and decades of experience in butchery and fine dining, the founders set out to create a dining experience like no other. With a commitment to quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and impeccable service, Ottoman quickly gained a loyal following, establishing itself as a culinary destination in its own right. Now, with the opening of their first site in Manchester’s city center, Ottoman continues to write its chapter in the rich tapestry of Turkish gastronomy.

Our starters weren’t ordered, the restaurant is chilly as we were near the door. The manager did what he could re the missing food but as it was a birthday celebration it was disappointing.

We went to a birthday party and had a great time. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fantastic

OpenTable booking had not come through to the restaurant, they had just closed when we arrived, however took us in and served a fantastic meal.

“I’ve been a regular customer at Ottoman Restaurant for some time now, and it never fails to impress. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely humble, making every visit a pleasure. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food is always outstanding—fresh, flavorful, with generous portions and an impressive variety to choose from. This past Saturday, they flawlessly accommodated a group of 19 of us for a party. Everything was handled seamlessly, with great attention to detail and zero hiccups. The best Turkish restaurant in all of Manchester in my opinion. Wishing Ottoman Restaurant and their amazing team continued success! Thank you, Stefan
