Wir nennen es "kollektive Küche". Denn die Speisekarten im 3800 Ocean sind nicht nur von der landwirtschaftlichen Fülle Südfloridas, die im milden Klima gedeiht, inspiriert, sondern auch von den regionalen Aromen, welche die einzelnen Köche unseres Teams mitbringen. Jeder Koch bringt einen neuen Touch mit an den Tisch: gutbürgerliche Küche aus Neuengland, die Schärfe und Aromen Mexikos, die karibischen Traditionen Jamaikas und zeitlose Klassiker von Long Island. Unsere eigene Fülle an lokalen und frischen Produkten und Meeresfrüchten ermöglicht es uns, das Konzept des kollektiven Speisens ganz wörtlich zu nehmen. Alles wird hier frisch zubereitet.     Our server Maria was excellent, I commend ONA for her hiring. The young man who assisted was attentive and helpful, and very nice. But overall, the food, environment, and bad sound system, made ONA mediocre.

    The food was not good at all. The gnocchi were very chewy, the sauce bitter and it came out cold. The scallops smelled “fishy” and the Cesar salad had mostly the tougher parts of the romaine lettuce. The crème brûlée came out with granulated sugar that had not been caramelized. It was a huge disappointment. And very $$$$.

    By far the best service we’ve had! Agnes (our server) was incredible. She made the whole evening enjoyable and we couldn’t be more grateful! So thoughtful and the preparation of every detail it was like serving of the finest Michelin restaurant.

    Loved the service- ambiance was just ok. Felt lighting could be better to enhance warmth of the room. Food was underwhelming.

    We had a wonderful server (Aggie/Agnes). She was friendly, very attentive and we really enjoyed her. The food was very good, drinks were good. A very nice experience other than a large family group close to us with several young(6 and under) children that were quite loud and bored with the whole fine dining experience - and their parents seemed to choose to ignore their outbursts. I love children and have 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, but this restaurant is not conducive to quick fast food service.

    It took a while to get our drinks as the bar was very busy. After that the service was exceptional. Noise level was a bit high as there was a child at a three tables from us who refused to use her inside voice. Three "adults" at the table didn't seem to be able to correct that.

    Very impressed with the staff, awesome food and atmosphere. Our Waitress Aggi was 2nd to none, very attentive, a pleasure to meet. We will go back.

    Third and last time we will eat here. Waitress was odd, unpleasant and borderline inept. We had party of three: my wife (her birthday), our youngest son and myself. The food was served hot and within three hours I had sharp stomach pains and it only got worse. Next morning I called and left message for restaurant manager and never heard back. They have gone down hill and they rest their laurels on the view.
