   We tried Oliver's last night for the first time. It is a lively place and it was packed. It is not your typical Italian place. The menu is full of interesting things. We ordered from the Restaurant Week menu and we all enjoyed each element of the meal. The wine list contains some nice selections as does the "By the Glass" selections. The cocktail list seemed okay though I did not give it much thought. Our dining companion missed having a cherry in her Old Fashioned. I can recommend this restaurant and we'll return for special occasions as it is a bit pricey.

   Oliver's is a nice option for Happy Hour, they have a better selection of food options on the happy hour menu than many other places and the pricing is pretty reasonable, plus the portions are large enough to share. It get's busy so make a reservation!

   This inside of the place is really cute. We were sat on an enclosed patio. The curtains all had to stay closed otherwise it would blind you with sunlight so it was dim. The waitress was super nice but forgot my appetizer ( no big deal), food was warm not hot ( wasn’t going to send it back , it was still good) I had the blood orange asperol spritz which was yummy! My husband had a personal pizza off the happy hour menu. It was good, not great. I might try again but so many other great Italian restaurants.

    We had a great time for restaurant week. We made friends with the 2 gals next to us ,which was fantastic. The food was delicious. The paté was very good and my husband enjoyed the Cesar salad. For the entrée he had the surf and turf and I enjoyed the scallops and squash ravioli.. The 4 stars are for the the level. It's very loud in the main dining room.
