Oak is a contemporary steakhouse located in Alexandria, Virginia, from The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. Oak Steakhouse creates a menu showcasing the finest cuts of Certified Angus Beef, along with locally-sourced produce from farms in Virginia and across the nation. Oak Steakhouse is proud to use Certified Angus Beef, renowned for its exceptional quality, with each cut meeting ten exacting standards delivering superior taste and tenderness. Guests can expect a bustling steakhouse experience, with farm-to-table sensibilities, classic cocktails, and a global wine list in a convivial atmosphere. Oak Alexandria features an intimate and inviting dining room, with an open kitchen lined with sleek pewter tile, allowing guests a glimpse of the chefs in action. Rustic reclaimed wood and crimson leather banquettes adorn the space, which seats up to 110 guests in the dining room. A custom-built wine wall displays a selection of Oak's robust wine list which features over 200 bottles. Oak Alexandria also offers an outdoor patio that seats 36, as well as a sophisticated private dining room which is available for up to 30 guests.

Oak Steakhouse never disappoints. Beautiful cuts of beef perfectly prepared. Knowledgeable staff with excellent service. Nice location in Old Town Alexandria.

We have celebrated our anniversary here for the last three years and each time the experience gets better. We were treated very well. And the food and service were outstanding.

First time dining here and it took more than 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Manager was walking around talking to guests all around us and seemed to intentionally avoid us. Food was ok, but nothing special and expensive. Will not return.

This is the last thing we want to hear and I am surpised the manager did not stop by because we teach all our managers to touch every table. Your server is taught to check in after each course as well. I would love the chance to speak with you personally regarding your last visit. Disappointing experience, online showed reservations for a 10pm spot, which worked best for our schedule that day. Only to get there and be rushed throughout each course , and made to feel like we were an inconvenience. My flank steak wasn’t prepared well, it was chewy even though it was prepared medium rare. Wouldn’t return
