NOVA Kitchen & Bar is an experiential dining destination, exploring the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal and water—to engage and tantalize the five senses of taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. The result? An ethereal and magical experience. Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.

We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Dies war mein zweiter Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Die Musik, und damit der gesamte Geräuschpegel, war deutlich leiser, so dass dem Genuss des wirklich guten Essens nichts mehr im Wege stand.

Great food! Had Brussels sprouts, BTS appetizers. Mac and cheese, wagyu rib eye, short ribs and everything was delicious!! Very good service! Would recommend!

Overpriced items. Lobster Scampi xmas dish was horrible (it took forever to arrive too) - korean galbi seemed it was only seasoned with sesame seeds. Cocktails were watered down. Waitress lost her voice and seemed sick without a mask on.

Great restaurant and ambiance. Waiter was very courteous. It took him a bit longer to come back and take our order after initially bringing out water. But once he did, the food came out very quickly and was delicious. Will definitely come back.

The food was very good. The service was excellent!!! Ryann was an amazing server. Attentive, personable and efficient. Also, all the other servers who came by were great too. David, the manager, was so very kind to my kids. We hope to be back the next time we are in town.

Very mediocre service. Had a tiny table for a party of 4, when asked to move to a bigger table we were offered a small extra table on the side to put extra plates on it. Drinks arrived after entrees, and food was not spread out evenly.

I had high hopes for Nova kitchen,having made a reservation three weeks in advance to celebrate my birthday. Since it was close to the holidays and most good restaurants were likely booked, we planned ahead to secure this special spot, which came highly recommended for its beautiful décor. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing. The day before our reservation, we received a message saying there had been a “miscommunication” due to a last-minute private party at 6:30 PM. They asked us to change our reservation to either 4:15 PM or 8:15 PM. Reluctantly, and with no other feasible options, we accepted the 4:15 PM time, with the promise of VIP treatment. Upon arriving at 4 PM after a 90-minute drive, the restaurant was completely empty—an ironic contrast to their excuse about being “booked.” Despite this, the host made us wait while taking two lengthy phone calls, offering no acknowledgment or apology. When we were finally seated, it was in a secluded corner with filthy windows, far from the ambiance we’d expected. The area felt neglected and unworthy of even a casual restaurant, let alone a supposedly upscale one. When we requested to be moved to the main dining area, we were told those tables were reserved for 6:30 PM guests—two and a half hours later. It was clear that despite booking three weeks in advance for a special occasion, and arriving far before their private event, we were not being accommodated. This dismissive attitude, combined with the unclean and isolated seating, made it impossible to enjoy our celebration. We left without dining, deeply disappointed and insulted. It’s shocking that a restaurant that markets itself as high-end would treat customers this way, especially for a special occasion. This experience ruined what should have been a memorable evening. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for guests are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or respec

Really nice place. Made a reservation with little prep time since another plan didn't work out, and I'm glad we chose this place. Our server Merry was really sweet and made great recommendations. I'm planning on coming back sometime in the future.
