The food is amazing but the service was really poor. The tour was unreal, our tour guide Louigi was absolutely incredible.

I would have loved to rate our dining experience 5 star however we have to rate it down due to customer service. The food was delicious & dietary considerations were accommodated to. Our primary wait person, Anna, was lovely & nothing was too much trouble. However it did take a long time to be given menus and order. Once we had our food the drink service was also lacking, removing our bottle of wine from our table to serve us, then not serving it was very frustrating. Between us, we had to ask for glass refills three times. On the third occasion, we said, just leave the bottles on the table so we can serve ourselves (we're not precious & don't mind pouring our own wine) to have a female waiter who had not served us the whole evening, slam one of our bottles of wine on the table & storm off. We sat there dumbstruck for a few seconds. Then we told who we think was the floor manager that this behaviour was not acceptable. Initially he agreed & said he'd talk to her but he didn't & he then returned to tell us she was one of his best staff. It left a bad taste for all of us.

Food was lovely steak was cooked perfectly unfortunately the service was terrible absolutely shocking waited extra 30 mins for table communication was very poor waited outside no one told us table was ready. I went back into restaurant to ask if table was ready as had 6 guests who were extremely hungry.
Once inside again we waited ages for order to be taken. We had to call waiters over to order more drinks. We have been to this restaurant 3 times & this was the worst service we had ever experienced.

Food was good, but little accommodation was made with when I told them I had an intolerance ! There was no adjustment to the menu to suit my “ no onions”.
I had been once before and they were able to accommodate a table of 10 with a variety of requests, but this time it was no.
Service needs a lot of attention. I don’t think we will go back.

While the food was delicious, and the portions generous- we had to constantly wave down the wait staff for everything. We were seated and then ignored for a solid 20 minutes before we even got water. Once we ordered our drinks (a bottle of wine and water) it took at least another 20 minutes to arrive. The staff mean well and are friendly but don't seem to see the dirty dishes sitting on tables for a long time after the patrons have gone... or the people sitting there awkwardly waiting for a menu for half an hour.
We were constantly reminded when wait staff were at our table that everything was to be shared, which is fine. But then when the food actually arrived they asked who ordered what? And we just had to say, we're sharing? So in the middle is fine thanks. It just felt very clunky and awkward.
For a hatted restaurant I expected more to be honest.
