Located in the heart of the South 1st district, Nomade is a Yucatecan kitchen celebrating fresh coastal seafood, artisanal spices from Merida, and wood-fired cooking. From the team behind Lucky Robot, Chef Jay and restaurateur Adam Weisberg share their experiences in the region and hope to transport you to the lush jungles of the Yucatán.

Heirloom masa, sustainably caught seafood, and artisanal spices are used to create traditional and contemporary Yucatecan dishes. Our bar features a collection of additive free agave spirits and an Latin inspired wine list. Additionally, we are a 100% gluten-free restaurant, seed oil free, and offer an extensive plant-based menu.

    NÔMADÉ was on my radar for a while. I booked a reservation on Friday for Saturday night. The meal and drinks were exceptional. Everything our waiter suggested was delicious.

    This was our first stop after landing in Austin. Truly set the tone for the rest of our visit. One of the best meals I have ever eaten. Food, cocktails, service, and ambience all were top tier. Already can’t wait to go back!

    When we first arrived, it was quite crowded and there seemed to be a bit of confusion as to where we should be while the wait staff tried to manage a rather large gathering of folks. After a bit of moving back and forth, we were seated at our table. Once there, the experience was transformative. The food was superb, and each course was well-paced to give us time to savor each beautifully crafted plate. Highly recommend this establishment.

    The food was amazing, and our server provided fantastic service and recommendations. The plant-based/vegetarian options really blew me away -- I didn't know it was possible for cabbage to taste so good. It's gonna be hard to go back to normal food.

    We paid $300 plus tip for the Valentine's dinner, but the food was extremely disappointing. The quality did not justify the price at all. For that amount, we expected much better flavors and presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations in any way.

    Really good food! Had the valentines 5 course both vegetarian and non vegetarian menus. Everything was really good except the main course which was just…. Fine? I dunno everything else made up for it but left me feeling underwhelmed. The drinks have a bbq sauce tinge to them as well.

    Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here, staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We loved the food and the atmosphere was fun for a weekend brunch.

    I really love the Tulum feeling ar Nōmade. The cocktails are on point, the vegetarianism menu offers a lot of options and the ceviches are great! I had the campechana for the first time and the seafood was fresh and delicious. If you want to feel like you are at the beach and experience a fantastic modern restaurant with great cocktails, head here! Also, Gary, our server rocked,
